It's your average cheesecake factory, but the decor and vibes at night are certainly worth it. The servers are kind like stupid nice. We had free rye and white bread loaves with butter. There was a really good looking bar near the front.
I personally had Sheilas chicken Avocado salad it is tangy and enjoyable, definitely not bland. It's on the sweeter side of salads and um..over a 1000 calories but if your eating here let's be honest. Nobody looks at the calories and for your own mental health... DONT
Anyways atleast it's a high in volume
Other people with me notes: Chicken Alfredo pizza style was kinda bland
3 other people with me have the salmon, they said it was done right. Cajun salmon is delicous was all they noted, one said the broccoli and with their meal wasn't steamed enough though

Tried making reservations for my sisters 18th birthday here, we were told to call back at 4pm and speak with someone to make reservations, called at 4 and was told they don’t make reservations for 15 people only up to 6. If that was the case why was that not stated when I first called? You have absolutely no idea what this 18yr old has gone through and all she wanted for her birthday was to eat at the restaurant her mother always brought her too. Please do better.

Called a week before and they said for over 6 call the day of. We call the day of just for them to say they can’t accommodate us the day of my little sister’s birthday. Will NEVER go there for a date, a party of 6, or a party bigger. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The service was great but the food that I ordered was not worth $20. I ordered the french dip onion burger. I googled it before ordering it and lets just say when I got mines it looked nothing like the online pic. I ordered it well done that it did come as but the portion size was small like a $5 dollar Mc Donalds value meal. I will never order that again. It's best to stick with what you know when you visit the Cheesecake Factory.

I ordered a pasta dish and when it arrived, there was a piece of a steel wool pad in my dish ($30 meal). I alerted my server and he asked if I wanted the cooks to remake it. I said yes, with the hope they would take the steel wool in my dish seriously. While it was being remade, I overheard the employees saying that my dish was the second steel wool fiber found in food today. My replacement dish did not have any wool, but there was never an apology from anyone. At the end of my meal our server half heartingly offered a free dessert. My meal was never comped, never apologized for, and this reoccurring issue was not taken seriously. Please check your meal for metal shards if you order food from here.
8/10/25- No response back yet. I submitted customer feedback on the Cheesecake Factory website, as the company suggested, the day I wrote this post originally. They have not responded to me or reached out to discuss this safety matter further.
Very pleasant experience with an extraordinary menu.Almost too many options. There is always something to find that will please your palate. It's a pleasant experience. It's a laid back atmosphere. the people are friendly. Courteous, and do the best they can. I think you will enjoy this if you've never been there. It's great for special occasions.

We have always had a great experience at The Cheesecake Factory in Pittsford, NY. They have a great selection on the menu for dietary needs and preferences. Their service is always stellar. The cheesecake options are out of this world!
