I have revisited this place many times and always excited with the yogurt here. More healthier i felt and they have more of toppings. We came with friends and enjoyed.

I have called 6 times within the last 3 days and nobody has answered anytime. They said they were open online but when we got there the lights were off and nobody was there and it was Sunday at 3:45 ish and their voicemail says they're open faulty from 1-8. I tried again just now and again no answer. The frozen yogurt is good but the service is not. Anticipated bringing my family today but can't be sure if they'll actually be open or not. Unfortunately not the first time it's happened to us...

Open sign in the window and open based on what it says on line but place is locked up tight Ms no one here at 3pm on a weekend. Nothing like disappointed children. Save the heart ache and drive the additional 500ft for the Dairy!

Very limited flavors and machines broken. Music so loud I could not hear the one employee. $37 for 3 cups, 1 was so bad it was thrown out

Good froyo when the machines are actually working. However, if they are not working, then you are SOL because the employee working there truly could not care less that there is no froyo. Needs better employees. No fresh fruit toppings, by the way, which is also a letdown. They are lucky there is no Pinkberry in Rochester, or else they'd be out of business.

I felt like I was inconvenienceing the one employee in the building. Felt like we needed to eat and leave fast. Not very friendly. Clean nice place, lots of options for toppings. However not going to return to such a unwelcoming place especially for ice cream!!
