Was B&D deli new owner switched to more home made hot food over the last couple of weeks I have tried most of it and was awesome you can tell everything is made fresh can't say enough about the food new owner very friendly and for the price you get along of food

Great food and service! I get lunches from the freshly prepared buffet and have enjoyed everything I have tried. I like the new approach and I will return.

All i can say it is that the Owner is Extremely RUDE when you let them know that your order is wrong .
This is definitely nit the way to run a business especially when it was just taken over from the last owner that took pride in there food and there Customers!

Absolutely pathetic this place I ordered two sandwiches. It took 25 minutes to make it and they were both cold and wrong . I also heard them coughing while they were making my sandwiches .. Gross and unprofessional

Got my toast today with mold on it not ordering from here anymore....

Well ordered a toasted bagel and coffee. By me, $3.50, here $5.25 and then the bagel was burnt, and hard, and butter was put on like they were saving it to last the month. Never again! Lol

I usually like stopping here on my mornings before starting my route. I find the man who works there (the one who prepares the food and who is possibly the owner) to be quite pleasant but today upon entry there was a new girl that have not seen before and I was not too fond of her service. I walked in and she did not greet me or my partner. I said good morning to her and she simply looked away and ignored it. She did not acknowledge us at all. When other customers walked in, she immediately greeted them with a smile and asked them how could she help them; promptly taking their orders. I shrugged it off but then when it was time to pay for my order, she acted as if she did not know the price of the order (though it was clearly above us... How was I able to read the price and know it but she was not able to and she works there? Who knows?!) She then decided (with no explaination) to ring up the customers that ordered after me, before me, like I was not even standing there. Even the customer behind me was puzzled by this. I was really turned off by this odd behavior. Even the gentleman who worked there asked her if she had rang me up and told her that the prices were right and front of her, but she just walked away and he rang me up instead. I am not too sure why she was acting like this and I do not want to assume it was because of my appearance and pull out the victim card, but what other reason would she have to do this? This is not a big deal but it is a matter of principal. I am not trying to sound entitled or anything but I really did not appreciate this and I may not return to this deli again because of that. I will also tell my colleagues to not go here anymore. I am a paying customer and should be treated with a little more respect. With that said, good night and all the best to you.

Ordered breakfast sandwiches and the bacon was soggy and tasted reheated. Wouldn’t recommend or order again.
