I bought the cannoli chips, for around $25??
When we went to eat them the same day, the cannoli cream had green mold growing on it.
I called the bakery and they apologized. They gave me an email address to send my concern to, because we live out of town and couldn’t stop back in person for a refund.
They responded to the email, asking for a receipt and once received, they could refund my money. I sent them a screenshot of my back account showing the bakery purchases with the bakery’s name on it, the next day.
A few weeks later I followed up on the email because they did not refund my money.
A few weeks later, no refund, and no response to my email, despite promising “to be on top of this.” 🙄

I ordered an egg and cheese that came out with bacon in it. So I asked them to make me a new one, knowing mistakes happen. The second one also came out with bits of bacon! They most likely brought out the same one which is so deceiving. It’s incredibly offensive and distasteful to people who are religiously vegetarian. I was a customer for ten years but I’m disturbed that I couldn’t get a vegetarian sandwich after two tries. I couldn’t get a refund so I asked for a call back from the manager. Yet to receive that call.

You would never know these are Gluten Free just by the taste! Everything was delicious! This was my second time going to this bakery and I decided to get some breakfast. I was not disappointed! The Apple Pie pancakes were so good they didn’t even need the syrup! I had those with a side of bacon ( they give you 4 strips). The bagel was crunchy on the outside and chewy in the middle. I also got the cream puff which was loaded full of vanilla cream. This is my new favorite stop! They also have sliced bread and cakes. I heard someone order a slice of chocolate mousse cake. I am definitely trying that next time I go!

Cross contaminated the vegan cream cheese with a clearly non-vegan cream cheese that had vegetables in it
Staff was very helpful and the inside of the bakery was really clean. However, I bought the Vegan Strawberry cake and noticed it was hard to cut. After trying one bite, it was frozen! Made it odd and unpleasant to eat. Also, we weren’t told it would be frozen so we had no idea if this was intentional.

Best Gluten Free food around! The desserts are delectable! The GF versions taste just as I remember the original ones tasting. Things like Napoleon cake, cannoli, rainbow cookies, St. Joseph's Pastries. The staff is soooo friendly & accommodating. For St. Joseph's Day, I asked if they would have pastries. They had no idea what I was talking about but within the week figured them out & had them available!
