0 star!! Be cautious, as they might try to scam you! I wanted to order a quart size and asked how many flavors I could choose. The employee said I could select “as many as I wanted”. I chose three, but when I was about to ask for a fourth flavor, she said that I could only have three scoops…?!? She said she thought I meant the regular cones. I said the quart size at least 3 times! It was clear she had given me incorrect information and she knew it as well. I told her she should have mentioned this before she scooped the ice cream, but she couldn't care less. I had a child waiting for the flavor he had chosen, so I let her continue, and she charged me extra for that. I didn't want to waste my energy over $3, but what a terrible experience at the neighborhood ice cream shop. This was my first visit to this location, and I will never go back. She didn't even apologize!! Oh and she gave me one spoon to take home!

As others have mentioned, they closed their doors 15 minutes before closing. The employees didn’t look at all in my direction and pretended not to see me waiting.

Terrible Staff! Locked the door on our faces at 8.47 pm when it was suppose to close at 9 pm. Stared us dead in our eyes and just closed the door. Baskin should thank this women for shutting their door to customers like this!

Is 15 minutes before close too difficult to scoop ice cream or pour coffee?I get it, 1 min before close? No one likes those Karens, but I managed to go to another location, get served and wrote this before closing. They’ve done this to my family at least five times, guesturing to their neck, “cut off,” and to a literal line of customers because they wanted to leave the moment their shift ends.

Horrible service. Used Ubereats . Ordered 2scoops. Not only did the order come melted because the driver delivered it without using his AC, the scoops were mini size. Cost over $6 . When I called to complain the guy blamed the Uber driver and then told me I only paid $4 and change. Will Never go there again. He was nasty as well.
