Hubby and I came here for lunch. The bistro is located inside Holiday Inn on the ground floor. The place is enormous, with a big bar in the middle and dining areas surrounding the bar area. We checked in at the hotel and then came here for lunch. They open at noon, so try to give the bartender time to prepare to serve. Lunch was served by the bartender because they don't get a lot of crowds coming here for lunch unless there's an event. We had Beet Goat cheese salad...

I’m staying at the holiday in and made it to the happy hour. The bartender Ethan, what an amazing bartender and person. Very attentive, not once did he miss when my drink was empty. His recommendations for dinner is on point. Ethan highly recommended the steak chimichanga. Very tasty. Good portion. And for the price, you can’t compare. Plenty of local folks come in making the atmosphere very welcoming and like if you’re part of the family. The holiday inn is my go to stay...
