Terrible service this last month. Sloppy ice cream sundaes that leak in the bag. They have young women with aggressive attitudes working there pretending to be the manager. Plus it is set back in a very dark area. The parking is tough too. Sad. That was our go to location but will no longer be.

My husband and I have been here a few times and its always been a good time. We went a few days ago and the man working greeted us warmly and gave us time to look and decide what we wanted with zero pressure. Our order was accurate and tasted great, just like the few things we picked out from the freezer. This will be our go to for ice cream, it was perfect!

Came in 50 minutes before it says they close both online and at the store on a Friday night. The two young girls working were hanging out with they’re friends. Not working. all 3 girls and one boy gave us dirty looks because we interrupted they’re hang out... The workers were very rude and had attitude like they were closed already. 50 minutes before they closed! Was told they didn’t have anything that required blending or mixing, which is half the menu because the machines were cleaned already. Told the girl I was allergic to the fudge they serve so I asked for extra peanut butter instead of fudge. I got 99% ice cream and maybe a half scoop of peanut butter in my PEANUT BUTTER Sunday dasher.

I said I didn't want chocolate in my birthday cake, the clerk lied to me and said there was no chocolate, but when I cut into the cake it was full of chocolate.

Came from out of town, and loved this brand ice cream place the first time I came to NY. But this store was closer to my hotel. We were served by young looking kids who didn't didn't come off as friendly and didn't care to explain questions we had at the time and when asked for a sample the girl didn't look like she wanted to do more than get our orders and get us out the store. We were kind, but the boy just looked frustrated. Anyways hope it was just a bad night for them, but not interested in returning to this store Iin the future.
Parking: Be careful driving on this road i was told the drivers are much older and causes accidents. Entrance to parking lot is a sharp turn, be a careful driver.

I walked in, the place was empty, and the only employee at the store was preparing something but she did not say hello or ask me to wait for service. So I just stood there waiting for her to finish what she was doing and then she went to the back and came out after a minute or so. I probably waited 3 minutes for her to finish when the store was empty. I would have appreciated it if she told me that she would help me soon but she let me stand there and watch her do her thing first. I had ordered a cake and asked for a candle. She said they don't give out free candles and pointed me in the direction of the shelf where they had candles for purchase. I have been coming to this location for birthday cakes for 10 yrs and I remember they gave candles for birthday cakes. Maybe they discontinued that service or maybe the employee was lying to me.
I'm not sure Carvel ice cream constitutes actual ice cream anymore - however, still tastes like it. The staff is mostly kids who are nice usually.

Ate it for 1st time today...What a chunky icecream! vanilla fudge is the best, am from west coast, never ate an icecream like this, we dont have carvel there.Regular carvel eaters might not find it that great, but for me it was very heavenly great tasting.Am on keto diet, i forego of it and ate 3 large cups.Now, i look forward to eating it regularly and becoming an obese whale.
