I ordered a Surprise Bag through “Too Good To Go” App for $6. The Surprise Bag is worth at least $18 with Gourmet Cookies as mentioned. But when I picked up my Surprise Bag I was extremely disappointed to find that my Surprise Bag contained just 3 regular medium sized Chocolate Chip cookies. I called the store but I was told that there is nothing they can do as it was a Surprise Bag and hung up the phone. Please don’t fall for the Surprise Bag Gimmick through Too Good To Go App. You are just going to get disappointed big time.
I stumbled upon this cute little bakery by accident. I was actually headed to a well-known spot nearby, but this place caught my eye. The cookie selection was amazing (seriously hard to choose!), and I really liked the whole 'vibe' of this place. The best part though was Isabella! She was the sweetest host, who welcomed us as soon as we walked in. She gave us a great rundown of the treats. We mentioned that we have a nut allergy in the family and right away, she pointed out which cookies to avoid and that the ones with nuts were completely separate from the rest. She offered us samples of their refreshing sorbet, which was perfect for a hot, muggy day. Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in the area!

Cookies are Raw! Don't understand the concept of this. Why don't you guys just sell cookie dough and save money on gas. You ever hear of salmonella and e. coli from bacteria in undercooked flour and eggs?

This is my favorite cookie location!! They have such a wide variety of cookies and they are quite large and worth every penny! The best ones to get in my opinion are the grape peanut butter and jelly, the oatmeal raisin and the oatmeal apple pie! You cannot go wrong with any of the options tho ! They also have a mango ice cream item that is unbelievable and worth giving a try if you aren't in the mood for a cookie. The location is very cute and cozy. A must try when you are in the area !
So my boyfriend and I have only been to the Plainview location twice but each time the employees are SO welcoming. They are the nicest people no matter who it is and every time we visit they offer us something different to taste without us even asking! We truly cannot rave enough about them and express how grateful we are for our experiences! The cookies may be a bit pricey for some but we think it is appropriate as they have a gooey center, are very flavorful, and not your average cookie! Plus, the more you purchase, the better the deal you get and honestly you can't go wrong with trying all the different flavors they have! We tried the two types of dubai chocolate, lemon poppyseed, and blueberry cheesecake cookies and absolutely loved them all. (We ate them all so fast we forgot to take pics of most of them...lol sorrryyy). They say you can pop the ones without a chocolate coating in the oven for a few minutes to warm them up, but we didnt even feel the need to do so and they were still soft and delicious!! All of the cookies are fresh and just as tasty as they look! Next time we pass through the area, no doubt we will stop again and try another flavor from their menu!! We are fans of chip city, but we absolutely agree that Duchess Cookies are better!!
