Doordashed 6 cookies for a birthday present. They decided to only send 3 instead as 3 were "out of stock", did not bother to contact me for instuctions, just delivered half an order instead. Zero customer service. Both for Duchess and for Doordash. Horrible.

Patrick is a sweet heart and the cookies were SO GOOD! Shark Bait taste like candy and it the entire aesthetic was amazing. Will be coming back very very soon!!

Got cookies for a party from here in October. So many amazing flavours and was provided hot. The staff was kind enough to put together a tray on short notice. Would highly recommend for taste and service.

The shop is very small, but they had a wide variety of cookies, maybe 25 different kinds. They all looked extremely delicious. I've had them as a gift, but this was first time at the store. The guy behind the counter was very friendly and offered me a vanilla and sorbet taste cup, which was delicious. I bought oatmeal chocolate chip, chocolate chip, strawberry cheesecake (unicorn), oatmeal apple, pistachio cookies, and the cookie croissant. The croissant was not quite my thing, but the cookies were A+++, all of them. I'd love an oatmeal peanut butter cookie, of that's an idea in the hopper! These cookies are not cheap, but former cookies are expensive these days, and this place has more variety than competitors

I recently tried the 'Too Good To Go' service and absolutely relished their cookies. The taste was simply amazing. Do give yourself a treat and stop by here to indulge in their scrumptious cookies. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. Their cookies are truly a joyous experience. I can't help but appreciate the quality they offer. We are definitely going back for more. Thumbs up, guys!

This cookie place is perfect, the customer service is great the owner is one of the nicest people i ever met and the cookies are always perfect. This is my go to desert spot definitely recommended

Truly was a great experience! I've loved the cookies for a few years now but I went to the plainview store on Saturday and got to meet one of the owners. He was super sweet and told us when the business started and how it's progressed, the family they have gotten involved to do it together, showed us the best way to eat a cookie croissant (which is with a ice cream chaser!). Overall it was truly a great time in addition to such a tasty cookie. Can't wait to go back ?

Even if these cookies were half the price they'd still be a major disappointment. But they are not half the price. They are the price.

The owner’s passion and warmth made us feel like we were more than just customers—like we were part of the cookie family.

Each cookie was a work of art, both in looks and taste. Our family tried the Oatmeal Raisin, Brookie, White Macadamia Nut, Red Velvet, Pistachio, and Cinnamon Roll, and they were all simply divine.

We followed the ‘350 for 4-8 minutes’ advice and let me tell you, it was the perfect touch to enjoy these treats warm and gooey.
