The coffee tastes like hot water.. it is so diluted that no point of drinking the coffee....I was always looking forward for a nice hot cup of coffee....I decided to buy my own coffee machine and make it to my liking....a small cup of coffee costs over 3 dollars .. I don't mind paying it, however the coffee has to taste like a coffee...im so disappointed!!!

Very nice Dunkin. Clean with enough seating available. Ordered outside on the app and my order was ready very quickly. Served with a smile and a thank you. Coffee was fresh, hot, delicious and prepared perfectly. ♿️ Plenty of parking in the huge lot out front. Bathrooms available. Nice place.

The comments aren't lying with this one. Compared to other Dunkins in the area, everything is a hassle. The manager is constantly out of items. The new thing is he shuts off the online orders and today people can't pay cash. The workers never expo the order and customers are missing items all the time. I paid $3 extra for extra cheese, turkey sausage and egg. A regular sammich was made 10 mins later. Dunkins get busy, they never do but wait times are somehow longer. The staff always looks high

The service here might be the worst of any dunkin donuts in America. The donuts are regularly stale. Today when I ordered a muffin and asked for butter on the side they told me I could only have butter on a toasted muffin. This is after I watched a coworker blowing his nose behind the counter and not wearing gloves before grabbing a donut for another customer. Avoid this place.

Very slow and delayed service for a long time for a coffee
Worst DD in the area. I live close by try to keep the business local but they never stopped to disappoint me. Ordered thru mobile app ahead of times no matter how much time I gave them when arrived for pick up it’s either not ready or something is missing! Always!!! Now I have to go back to the DD by Jericho Turnpike which is farther from my house but at least they’re always ready!
