The service here might be the worst of any dunkin donuts in America. The donuts are regularly stale. Today when I ordered a muffin and asked for butter on the side they told me I could only have butter on a toasted muffin. This is after I watched a coworker blowing his nose behind the counter and not wearing gloves before grabbing a donut for another customer. Avoid this place.

Worst Dunkin Donuts ive ever been to. It is dirty , they had flies over the donuts and the customer service was the worst. Worker took forever to place my order and just for it to be wrong. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese and they gave me a sausage. When i told them it was wrong they grabbed the sausage patty threw it and placed bacon on the same sandwich. What if i was allergic to sausage? I didnt want sausage at all, i hate sausage taste and it still tasted like it . Orders take forever even though its never busy.

Worst DD in the area. I live close by try to keep the business local but they never stopped to disappoint me. Ordered thru mobile app ahead of times no matter how much time I gave them when arrived for pick up it’s either not ready or something is missing! Always!!! Now I have to go back to the DD by Jericho Turnpike which is farther from my house but at least they’re always ready!

Customer service isn’t the best. My order was not right I drove back to have them fix it. The person seemed annoyed and just opens the lid and adds more coffee which made my drink taste worst.

I've been going to this location for a while, but lately the coffee hasn't been good, specifically the iced coffee. I get flavored iced coffee and the flavor has not only been off, it's had a bad taste to it. Sometimes so bad that I just throw it out after only drinking half of it.

i'm so mad right now i just bought a macha late and when I got my drink it was literally all foam .When I ordered it I specifically asked for less ice and when I got it all you can see was ice.There is literally no drink in my drink And the store was disgusting there were like wrappers and bags all over the floor.The drink isn't even sweet.It wasn't even an accident on that one drink I received,My mom ordered one and hers was the same.This is absolutely ridiculous and I just wasted $10

Clearly can't read instructions. I ordered now on two occasions tea with milk and splenda. Both time I got a tea bag with water. When I had to go back the guy was asked if he read the instructions and he just looked at me and said no.
