I try to avoid this Dunkin’ Donuts on my way to work, but sometimes I have no choice and no matter how many times you tell them how to make your coffee they make it wrong and they’re rude on top of it too

I spent THIRTY DOLLARS on a box of hot cocoa which I was bringing to my son's holiday party at his elementary school. The box of cocoa came with 10 cups. I asked the woman behind the counter if I could have 8 more small cups. She looked at me in complete shock and disbelief as though I had just asked for her first born. She then told me that they had no more cups and were waiting for a cup delivery. I explained that it was for a kids holiday party and there are 18 kids in the class, hence the need for 18 cups. She stood firm on her claim that they were out of cups (even though I'm watching the staff make drinks behind the counter and put them in...cups!). When she realized how ridiculous her response was, she changed her tune and said that they are only permitted to give out 10 cups with a box of joe. So I left and had to go to another store to buy cups and was late for the party. I'm sure the cocoa got cold as well. I will never go back to this store.

Placed a mobile order and prepaid, I was not contacted to be told my order could not be made. I was refused a refund and told my only option was to get a different drink. The cashier could also not give me a working customer service number or do anything else to attempt to rectify the situation.
