Placed a mobile order and prepaid, I was not contacted to be told my order could not be made. I was refused a refund and told my only option was to get a different drink. The cashier could also not give me a working customer service number or do anything else to attempt to rectify the situation.

They are like family. always get a warm welcome from wonderful people specially (carmen) what a lovely lady The manager makes amazing iced/hot lattes and the sandwich station lady is very nice and friendly gives food very fast even before i walk toward the pickup station quick service ? recommended ?

This Dunkin Donuts was running very well under the previous management. The staff that has remained is amazing but they are overworked and not recognized in particular Carmen and Raika. I will not give money to somewhere employing new workers constantly complaining. A customer shouldn't have to listen to that the entire visit. The meat is under cooked so I'm not spending money on breakfast anymore just coffee. Also, they have a lemon loaf and it was frozen when I received it. Also, the music is horrible. It was much better with it off. I must have spent thousands a year, not any more.
