Very rude cashier!!

Not only the best bagels and spreads in town, but the service is top notch.

Witnessed the female manager literally scream at a customer . The question which upset her was “ if anything is ready I’ll pay for that and go, I have to rush home to my baby” not family oriented at all, misrepresented name. That was uncomfortable I won’t be going back.

I needed to send a tray of wraps with salads to a friend who just lost a loved one. Neil was so helpful and kind. I dont live in the area and I tried a few other places first because I did not know what would be best. First some were over priced and would not deliver at all unless the order was over 300$.. I give high praise to this place they want to help there customers and will go the extra mile. I am thankful for there kindness and help. No need to try and call anyone else call Neil.

Might be the best Everything Bagel I've had on LI. Friendly staff and great options. The French toast and blueberry specialty bagels were also great.

Best deli on LI with the most attentive staff. Neal and Ro always make sure you are always being taken care of and always have the freshest food. Hands down make you feel like family!

This is by far the worse bagel shop I have been to. I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a bailey. It was served on a bagel that they claim was a bagel. Bailey's are much later. I left went to Town Bagel got a proper bialy. Ordered the same food $2 less and much more polite staff

Went here this morning for a Bacon Egg and Cheese with pepper, ketchup, and extra cheese. The sandwich did taste okay but seemed lacking. For 7.71, it looked like only one egg and only one slice of cheese, and they charged 1.55 for extra cheese, which never showed up.

I ordered my wife a plain bagel with butter 2.95. She said it was alright and has had better elsewhere.

I also noticed they carried Morrison Pastry Muffins that are made locally in Maspeth, NY. I had never seen a Jelly Donut Muffin, so I wanted to try it. I have purchased these muffins at other locations for 2.50 to 3.25 a muffin. They charged 4.13 for theirs. The muffin was delicious.

The atmosphere seemed very dedicated to local people who come for breakfast and lunch items. It had a nice family and nice people vibes. I was just disappointed and didn't get a chance to complain because my mother-in-law was at a doctors office, and the scheduler failed to put her on the schedule, so I had to go.

If you charge, they charge a 3.5% fee, which I understand pass the costs on to the customer. It just plays with people's minds psychologically. So I got a 55-cent discount for paying with cash. So a sandwich, buttered bagel, and a muffin came to 16.80.

A place that I go to in East Meadow, the same exact order would run around 13 dollars.

Hands Down FAMILY BAGELS are the BEST of the BEST!!! The Owners Neil, Ro & son Michael treat everyone like FAMILY and love what they do. The freshest Food & Bagels around. I love the Protein Wrap, Egg Salad & Summertime Tuna, Panini's The Godfather.

Bagels are tasty and made well. I haven't tried any of the many salads etc there. Looks good though.
