Way too noisy. Our waiter did not check back with us, offer a drink or greet us. The two gentlemen who were walking around only seemed concerned with the parties in the back of the restaurant. They too did not ask if we were okay. A disappointing experience. Won't be back for a while.
The food is the star!. The fried calamari was cooked to perfection - not rubbery as usual elsewhere. Overall, the food was excellent! The atmosphere is a little too loud for my taste. The echoing of conversations and music too much. We had a hard time hearing each other at the table. Even the server had a hard time hearing our orders.

Friendly and fast service when I told the waiter we were in a rush to catch another reservation. Baked clams and pizzaette was delicious.

The garlic knots are to die for!!!!
I didn't find either of the 2 meals to be flavorful at all. The pork chops looked appealing but flavorless. The eggplant parmigiana was soupy and flavorless. The server was flat but efficient.
Ordered 15 sandwiches and was ready with 25 minutes. Excellent quality food and service.

Delicious caesar salad, eggplant parm and a tartufo. Excellent service. A bit noisy outside with a table of noisy children next to us. I will still go back.
Food was good. Nothing out of the ordinary. Prices a little higher than other places.

We only wish this review was about the food experience. We walked in, greeted, seated immediately, received bread and water.
After 15 minutes of waiting for drink and food service we decided this would not get any better and we will spend our money elsewhere. On the way out we passed the hostess stand and we were wished ‘to have a nice day’. No concept of the people, the customer or the service we did not receive. Shame on you and the 4 people at the hostess stand.
The service was excellent. We felt they were very attentive and detailed to excellent and friendly customer service. The ambiance was very nice and the noise level made it easy to communicate. We had ordered two separate dinner dishes and felt they were average quality.
Food is always great here.
Having had several awesome dinners here, went for lunch, 1st time and the sandwiches were good, fries excellent. Spinach artichoke pizzette was too dry in my opinion, felt it needed some ricotta base or something creamy to offset the chew of the artichokes. Server was awesome and overall a nice lunch.
Went on Sunday for a birthday lunch at 2pm. Other than a baby shower going on in a private room, the restaurant was fairly empty but there was plenty of staff. So I can’t understand why the service was so bad. They brought out the beer/wine but forgot about the soda some of us ordered. We had to hunt down the waitress to take our appetizer order. They messed up one of our orders (personal pie made with reg crust instead of the requested cauliflower crust). Just overall very slow and inattentive service. While the food was good, they poor service made a bad first impression. Don’t think I’ll be back.
