As always, they don't disappoint with the food. But, once again, the service was not good. Our server was friendly but clearly overwhelmed and forgetful. We ordered a bottle of white wine. She brought it to us without the wine chiller. She said she would be right back with it. Never happened so we asked her again. Never came back with it. We finally asked another server who wasn't even assigned to our table. He went and got it right away. The wine was pretty warm at this point. We asked for salt and pepper three times but never got it. We got our salad to split because they're always pretty big. It was delicious but we weren't given any plates to eat it off of. We had to use our bread plates. We're not very demanding customers but this was ridiculous. We'll stick to just ordering the food in from the Woodbury location. This was the 2nd time we went and the service was lousy.

I've been here many times and everything is good, food, service, etc. I drive for a Sr. facility and made reservations for 8 widows (ages 80s/90s) for Mon Mar 18th at 430pm. Specifically chose Mon. early evening when business is slow. In the past, there has never been a problem with separate checks at other restaurants. This time they were told NO. I went up to the front desk and spoke to a clean shaven young gent who told me separate checks are impossible because the computer can't process it for that size party. When these elderly ladies got the check for over $300 they were having a hard time figuring it out. It turns out the table next to them heard their dilemma and paid the whole check, including tip. Those people did a good deed, the manager up front, not. One day he will be old too.

A great setting with great food. Our server was very kind and considerate, not coming over until we asked her to. The group I was with haven't seen each other for a while so we needed to chitchat over a great dinner. The food was delicious and we will return.

He returned to the table and just kinda flung the containers on the table and left. I don't know what's going on over at this location, but it isn't good.

I have patroned this restaurant before, and this time around the service was horrible. The food was ok for those of us whose order actually came out the right way. One friend ordered a frittata, and was told by the server they aren't making frittata's even though it was on the menu, so they just ordered a couple of scrambled eggs with a couple of sides. All of a sudden our food arrives. My friend who wanted the frittata, and told the server about food sensitivities got the frittata, but with items they can't even eat. Another friend ordered another item without tomato and got tomato. The server was not to be seen again until it was time to give and collect the check. It was a struggle to get more water, and other beverages refilled. We asked bussers for items we never got. Never have I received such deplorable customer service. Plus the server tried overcharging us for eggs, sides, amd the frittata. He still charged for the frittata even though my friend couldn't eat it. I donnot recommend.

Daniela was tending bar. What a delightful person. Cocktails were perfect, service above and beyond. Started with Caprese (delicious) The Salmon Regantana was beautiful (they actually ask how you want temperature you want it cooked). My coworker had the pizza with the prosciutto. It was perfect. Really good portions for the money! Our 30-50 pricing included a couple cocktails.

We started with drinks and bread (their bread is crazy good, so don’t even try to stop yourself from eating more). We LOVED the Cupid Sparkler from their February Drink Specials menu (shown in pictures), and they make lots of fun margaritas.My husband raved about his Chicken Parmigiana, and I’m still thinking about my Boneless Beef Short Ribs from last night (braised in a barolo wine sauce over sauteed spinach and mashed potatoes)For dessert we shared the Lavarone Affogato (fresh espresso poured over your choiceof vanilla ice cream or one of their seasonal gelatos). We had it with vanilla ice cream, and it was amazing (even their espresso is crazy delicious!)Parking: We’ve always found parking, and when the weather is nice we go for a walk by the big, beautiful pond just across the way
I thought the food was somewhat overpriced. It wasn't a very high end restaurant but prices were up there trying to resemble a more upscale place. It seemed like a chain. Our waitress was superb. My fish was not the best I've had either. Sorry ???

Went for lunch with my girlfriends. I had never been here before and really loved it. I had the Rabe Wrap and a salad for lunch. The salad was good and fresh and the dressing was on the side which I like. The greens were mixed greens with cucumbers and a shredded carrot garnish. There was only 1 olive but it was good. The wrap was delicious. I was amazed this wrap was so good after all it's just a wrap. The chicken was grilled and it had the taste of being grilled over an open flame, really good. The broccoli rabe was sautéed in garlic and oil and very fresh. The wrap also had mozzarella cheese which was good but could have been more. I really enjoyed lunch. The price was also good for lunch. I wil definitely return the

Food is delicious but you must order exactly as indicated on the menu which is a bit frustrating when you're dining with people who have dietary constraints. For example, the sausage and broccoli rabe is 3 links of sausage on a bed of broccoli rabe. We asked for the sausage to be served on a separate plate because the broccoli rabe portion of the entree was to be shared with a vegetarian and the waitress absolutely refused to serve it separately and indicated the chef would not even prepare it for us. I was told I could get the broccoli rabe as a side dish, but they would not sell a side dish of sausage because it's not a menu item. The best we could do is order the broccoli rabe and a pasta side dishes and mix it ourselves. The food is delicious, but not so unique that I can't go somewhere else.

Place is beautiful inside. Good was excellent. I had a lobster and shrimp pasta and my wife had some sausage and pasta dish. We had a meatball app and the grilled octopus which were both amazing.
