I only have a half hour for lunch. I waited on line almost 15 minutes and the line did not move. Not 1 sandwich was made and sold in that time. I left with nothing and wasted my lunch break. This place is a complete clownshow.

I ordered the chicken and they gave me stake, I literally cannot eat anything red meat, yet they expect me to come back, I have a flight to catch and just needed something to eat before I get on, I understand it can be busy but it would be nice if they can double check on orders.

Placed an online order for pickup.It said that my order would be ready in 15 min. It took 30 minutes to get my order ready. And they did not add pepperonis to my sandwich. Wasted $2.15
I hate giving this place 3 stars because the sandwiches have been so good. I go to Jersey mikes all the time. First time today that they were very and I mean very stingy with salad. Literally reminded me of subway today. $20 sandwich should be jam packed with salad like it always has been. But today was different. Hopefully someone reads this and train the employees not to be stingy. I will give this place one more try. Otherwise deli few doors down might still be the better option.

Since Jersey Mike's opened at that location, I was going to get lunch probably at least once a week. Today, May 7th I terrible experience that made me write this review. I've spent probably 25-30 min. waiting for my order #44. The guy, who was in front of me and ordered #16, had to wait as long as me. Only customers, who ordered cold sandwiches were served faster. I had previously experienced pretty long time waiting for my food made since I've ordered it. But today was The Very Last Day for me to come to that store. Even my order was made and brought to the counter, it took another 3-4 min(!!!) to wait until it was handed to me. I wonder, that no one of customer service has not noticed that some customers are in the store for 20+ minutes? Ignorance? Arrogance? Blue Angels diner(a few doors further) could make my lunch(Beefburger DeLuxe) @ 1/2 of the time that Jersey Mike's made #44 today. I had no such issues with SubWay that operated in that store previously. I would suggest Jersey Mike's to take out of menu Hot sandwiches because you simply can not handle it.
