By far my favorite spot to get salads I basically come everyday for the crispy chicken poblano the staff is friendly Sarfaraz always knows my order as soon as I walk in and starts prepping it. Excellent service by him always

Hello, I would like to file a complaint about the service at your store. When I arrived to pick up my delivery order, the staff were busy chatting with each other and completely ignored the takeaway orders. I waited for more than 20 minutes, and no one bothered to prepare or even acknowledge the order.
This kind of attitude is very unprofessional and wastes the delivery driver’s time. If your staff are not willing to handle delivery orders properly, it might be better to stop offering delivery service altogether. Please take this issue seriously and improve staff management and customer service.

This is by far one of the freshest and healthiest places to eat. The menu offers a great variety of options, and the staff consistently provide outstanding service. Everyone is friendly, professional, and maintains a clean appearance.

Craving a salad and this was the perfect place to go. Ordered the Tokyo Supergreens bowl and all the ingredients were so fresh and tasty. I mistakenly got “medium level” dressing and my salad was too salty, so I went back and asked one of the employees if I could add more greens to dilute the flavors. He offered to make me a completely new salad but I deferred as I don’t like to waste food. After getting some additional greens, my salad was perfect!
Not only that, but the employee (turned out to be the manager) that gave me the greens came out shortly after to check if my salad was ok… and again offered to make me a new one if I wasn’t satisfied!
Thank you Sarfaraz for providing such amazing customer service! As long as he continues to be the manager, I will continue to be a patron and support this business.
