I've been coming to Mario's in Plainview for many years. I get their Chicken Parmigiana with spaghetti, and occasionally sausage and peppers hero. For everything else I go elsewhere. Their chicken parmigiana is usually very good, spaghetti not so much but tolerable. But it's a little cheaper than Umbertos and Pastaeria so I go. I ordered my usual chicken parmigiana with spaghetti in a separate container. I have an injured toe so it's hard to walk. They say 20 minutes, I go in 20 minutes and it's not ready I wait and wait, two girls were chatting in the front not really paying attention, no one was helpful I had to ask multiple times about my order. There were maybe 8-9 workers laughing and speaking in Spanish, this is often how it is when I come here, no customer service whatsoever. I waited...in pain..after 40 minutes I ask them to look again. They had it ready all the time but they had spaghetti and meatballs (that I NEVER order from them I'm not crazy about their meatballs) they didn't even apologize they said it was taken down wrong but their attitude was it was my fault. The one reasonably polite young lady asked if I wanted to wait while they made it. At this point I was starving, and already waited 45 minutes. I said yes, another 15 minutes go by. No apology even for the delay! When it finally came out the cook handed it to me with a smirk on his face, again no apology even for having to wait over an hour for my dinner. I said to myself this better be good at least! No, it was not, it was messy, very little cheese and not hot! It looked rushed and I didn't like the atmosphere with everyone talking and joking in another language, it's rude.. I don't have to worry about which place to choose anymore because Mario's is OFF the list. The food isn't good enough to put up with the atmosphere and the complete lack of customer service, even if you're just waiting.

A staple in the community and my family has been going here for over 30 years. I see the other reviews that are negative but most have to do with some sort of food delivery app or texture associated with the crust. The pizza is always top quality, fresh and if they don’t have it, they make it fresh for you on the spot. The Sicilian is amazing and the Buffalo chicken pizza is also a favorite. Definitely try out the Chicken Verde which is one of my favorite entrees. Will always be going here at least once a week! Also the Greek Chicken wrap is amazing!

Very well made pizza, tastes great but very stingy on the crust I suppose it's a money saving purpose other than that very friendly quiet place to sit and enjoy a slice of pizza or what like you want.

Best pizza I've ever had and I think you will agree. We go out of our way for this location and have yet to be let down. The service has always been fine and the pizza always hot. I always pick it up so I can't comment on a delivery experience or a dine in experience.

This place has always been a go-to for great pizza and pastas. Tonight they went above and beyond. Food is always hot, prompt and delicious.

The menu for Mario's Pizza at 659 Old Country Road in Plainview notes family owned. When I asked if it was affiliated with the others the young lady server said yes. It is a smaller store than the others with adequate selections. I ordered 4 different slices of pizza, a spinach roll and mini sausage roll costing around 20 dollars. I noticed on the wall many pictures of art done by high school students of various ages. Again, I like the fact that the local stores support the community. The menu has a scan here to earn rewards" within the scan is a picture of a pizza on it.It was a quick fix for a lunch close by various buildings and shopping. I'd stop in again when at that location.

I ordered from app "Too Good To Go". Through this app, you can prevent wastage of food, if you are willing to eat late, not have choice of food. I was running late from work and going to have late dinner anyways and figured I'd try this app. This place advertised $15 worth of food for $5 if you pick up by 9pm and do not allow you to pick you food.I put in four orders. This place was suppose to give $60 worth of food for $21.68.To my surprise, I received four slices of Pizza. Two were hard like they were left over from lunch time. Other two slices were dry. I threw out this old pizza and ordered two pies from another Pizzeria.

This had to be the worst pizza I have had. The pizza had little to no sauce at all when I went. I will try it again to see if they fixed the issue soon.

Recently ordered from here after a long time and came to realize that establishment still serves an inferior product to other options in the area. Quality and execution seems to be severely lacking.

Pizza was disgusting, cold and seems old, without flavor! The chicken was super dry! Just wouldn't buy there!
