I ordered 5.00! Meal. Was charged 1.00 more for burger/mc double ? Disappointed. Paid and will never go back again. False ad! False ad! Shocked… to be scammed from Mc Donald’s. Paid a dollar more for a burger( false ad), soda was not even full to the top. Nuggets were bland with freezer burn taste. Wendy’s quality is 💯 better and quality plus taste is incomparable to McDonald’s.. false add! Thinking of hiring a lawyer? Anyone else order a burger and get charged 1.00 more? Tv ads don’t say it’s more for a burger? Have my receipt… maybe it’s just the location that’s not following the corporate rules? 🤔🤔🤔🤔

Hunt Enterprises, Inc. is responsible for the Plainview NY McDonald's that is located at 818 Old Country Rd in Plainview NY. I had an issue with this location back in August of 2024. I completed the online survey and expressed my concerns on the McDonald's website. I indicated that I would like a manager to contact me. Two weeks go by and nothing, so I submit the same online feedback form. Another two weeks go by and nothing. Let me note that I've had previous issues at this location and have the contact information of one of the Administrative Assistants, Stephany Hernandez-Martinez. I wrote to her and explained my situation and asked if she could put me in touch with an executive, district manager, anyone. A week goes by and nothing. I wrote another follow up email and still no response back. If her email address was invalid or wrong, I would have received a bounce-back, but never did, so I know it's an active email account. I guess this is the only way to get someone to actually contact you back! I highly doubt anyone will get back to me but when the next person finds this review it will make them feel better because they are not alone with the poor and unprofessional customer service from Hunt Enterprises, Inc. and the management staff of the Plainview, NY McDonald's location.

Previously gave this location 3 stars, but they deserve 5 stars now! I think the staff has changed people. A nice guy named John (I asked his name) was kind enough to bring me out straws then when I told him I’ll get the salt myself he absolutely didn’t mind going back in to bring me salt as well (because they forgot it). Nice guy, seemed like he didn’t mind being at work & I rarely get nice people here. John was polite & wanted to help.

Ordered to pick up. Picked up my bag there was no napkin, ketchup. I called the lady from the D/T window and asked for ketchup. She really threw a pack of ketchup into my bag. I said you gave me just one ketchup for a midium fry? She threw couple more. I thanked her and left. I would mind if that ended there. Came home, opened my McChicken to find out the bun was over toasted. Providing picture please have a look. Not saying anything else. Thanks. BTW - There is another McDonald's on South Broadway closer from my home I like to visit your place better. Never had issues!
