food always dissapoints. I lived in Plainview for over 15years and I have to say the food at this location is CONSISTENTLY at best bad. I go out of my way to hicksville mcdonals to get food. If you want to taste mcdonalds that is fresh and prepared correctly, go to the Oyster Bay Mcdonalds and see what they have that this location never does. Always dissapoints. By the way, I tried to give this location 1 more shot as I do every 6 months or so, I thought I ordered a cheeseburger, what I got was 1/2 the cheese hanging off of a meat and cheese pancake. Bread is so flat (not fluffy) bread saturated by steam. seems like it was sitting. Maybe the system should be updated at this location. To the owner-go to the oyster bay location or Hicksville and take notes. I know you have a killer location that blindsides the suckers like me today but it will end as people are more conscious of spending their hard earned money. Fix it!

They messed up my order twice already. The first time, I ordered a spicy wrap combo and an extra spicy wrap on its own. I went through the drive thru to pick up my order, just to get home to see that there was only two spicy wraps. I called and the manager told me to mention it the next time I order, so I can get the one snack wrap that I never got. I go again two weeks later, never got the spicy snack wrap I was owed, was given the wrong order. They said I can keep the wrong order and that they will make the correct one. Tell me how they messed it up AGAIN by putting cheese in the orders that have the label NO CHEESE on it. I am disappointed because this kind of mistake never happened till recently, I don’t know what changed, but I suggest to lock in.

Just did a quick drive thru No napkin, no ketchup on my breakfast order. On the road and it sucked! Why don't they ask if they are too frugal to just give. Almost everyone likes ketchup on potato cakes and egg sandwiches. I go there every Sunday. Never got it. This Sunday I'm going to start my order with, good morning, I'd like to order 2 napkins 2 ketchup and a egg cheese & bacon biscuit and a potato cake with 2 napkins and 2 ketchup and a large SWEET TEA please. I'll let you know what happens and if my rating changes.

Visited this location multiple times for the past several years and have always experienced consistent McDonald's food with quick convenience and very good customer service. Double drive through order lanes are convenient, efficient, and reliable. Plenty of parking on both sides of the restaurant's building. Modern and spacious dining area. Interior counter service, kiosk, and mobile app ordering offers multiple ways to get your meal/snack, etc. Restaurant is generally kept clean.

We visited 818 Old Country Rd in Plainview Ny tonight at 8pm the place was in such a state of disgust! There were 4 in total customers sitting in the dining area no one in line and myself using yhe Kiosk to place my order. I then used the bathroom which was so disgusting!! 2 of the stalls were absolutely gross. They both had urine on them and there was toilet paper everywhere. This bathroom was definitely not tended to in you could tell many hours! The dining area was just as disgusting. The tables were so dirty and trash was left on them. The floors were unswept and mopped. There was sticky areas and liquid on the floor. Yhe trash bins were so full and literally over flowing. The employees that were working were actually working but a couple of them were just standing around. The gentleman that gave us our food was barely professional. He mumbled our order and just left the bag. Thank God it was to go because I would never stay in a place like that and to be honest I was leary about even eating the food coming from a place that looked the way it did. Poor management and poor work ethics on everyone's part. I will never set foot in that place again.
I don't know if you all are aware, but McDonald's is McDonald's, it has been McDonald's as long as I have been alive, and probably will continue to be McDonald's until I have given my stardust back to the universe. The only thing I can think of is.... If you're from outside of New York, don't expect any mustard on your burgers? McDonald's is McDonald's is McDonald's is McDonald's, that's actually the key to their success, cuz wherever you go, it's McDonald's and you know what you're going to get. Them nuggets ain't bad. 🤔
