Little girl taking orders in the drive through was so nasty for no reason. We hadn’t been rude at all and when I checked to see if she was still there because she just stopped responding she goes “yea I heard you” and then didn’t add what I had just said to the order??? Felt like it was on purpose as it was missing from the receipt. Only giving 2 stars because we went back inside and were helped properly but there’s no way that attitude should go unchecked. Quit if you hate your job.

They rounded my order at 17 dollars. I asked for receipt and they can't b bothered. Also food shrinkage is a joke. Every thing is smaller in size . Fries, burgers, what a joke. And they also are a bit more expensive than other McDonald's. NEVER AGAIN

It's very dirty. The last two times we've had to wipe our tables ourselves because there are no clean tables. There are a lot of employees who don't do anything. I ordered food and waited 20 minutes for two burgers, fries, and a kids' set.
My favorite dish are the 20 piece chicken nuggets cost about $8 in world worth it

food always dissapoints. I lived in Plainview for over 15years and I have to say the food at this location is CONSISTENTLY at best bad. I go out of my way to hicksville mcdonals to get food. If you want to taste mcdonalds that is fresh and prepared correctly, go to the Oyster Bay Mcdonalds and see what they have that this location never does. Always dissapoints. By the way, I tried to give this location 1 more shot as I do every 6 months or so, I thought I ordered a cheeseburger, what I got was 1/2 the cheese hanging off of a meat and cheese pancake. Bread is so flat (not fluffy) bread saturated by steam. seems like it was sitting. Maybe the system should be updated at this location. To the owner-go to the oyster bay location or Hicksville and take notes. I know you have a killer location that blindsides the suckers like me today but it will end as people are more conscious of spending their hard earned money. Fix it!

They messed up my order twice already. The first time, I ordered a spicy wrap combo and an extra spicy wrap on its own. I went through the drive thru to pick up my order, just to get home to see that there was only two spicy wraps. I called and the manager told me to mention it the next time I order, so I can get the one snack wrap that I never got. I go again two weeks later, never got the spicy snack wrap I was owed, was given the wrong order. They said I can keep the wrong order and that they will make the correct one. Tell me how they messed it up AGAIN by putting cheese in the orders that have the label NO CHEESE on it. I am disappointed because this kind of mistake never happened till recently, I don’t know what changed, but I suggest to lock in.
