Organic Krush Kitchen & Eatery

It's been over a year since my last review and this eatery continues to be outstanding in every way. Today I would like to share with you my recent experience on Thanksgiving Eve. I came late Wednesday afternoon, a couple of hours before the store would close for the holiday. Other workers in other stores might be tired and somewhat indifferent to a customer at this time of day with a holiday arriving soon soon, but the great Organic Krush workers as always made sure all my food concerns were answered and all my special needs taken care of. The Krush manager Nicole along with Bella, Kyle, Lee, Alexandro, and the rest of the outstanding staff are some of the most dedicated professionals I have ever met! Every day they make Organic Krush Plainview the best place to eat in town.

I went to Organic Krush for the first time today. I ordered the spicy Korean bbq bowl, with the anticipation that it would be delicious. But boy, was I wrong. The bowl itself was pretty dry, the chicken was bland and the kimchi was a bad touch. I wanted to give Krush a chance, but $60 for three bowls seems quite expensive when I could grocery shop for it myself.

I ordered a Mexican steak bowl and a chicken panini, but neither included the steak or chicken that were clearly listed in the descriptions. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, I was told there was nothing they could do. Disappointing experience overall — poor attention to detail and zero customer service resolution.

Such a great spot! Love the food and the strawberry lavender drink is so amazing! My fav. Alejandro and Lee are superstar employees. Made my most recent experience so great. Very accommodating and sweet. Goes a very long way. Thank you!

This is my favorite place! The food is always so fresh and delicious and I just want everything in the gourmet to go section. The cafe is also always spotless. Everyone who works here is the best, especially Nicole. I truly just can’t get enough.

We ordered online the mexi steak bowl and the Austin chicken bowl. The flavor was very good but the portion of protein was really lacking considering the price. Also we did curbside pickup but I ended up having to walk inside to pick it up because nobody came out. It wasn’t busy inside either only 1 or 2 customers.

I was disappointed with my order. The chicken portion was very small and didn’t taste that good. They offer curbside pickup, but then messaged that we had to come inside. For nearly $20, it’s just not worth it.

I picked up dinner for my family at the Plainview Organic Krush. We order 3 bowls Austin chicken, chicken burrito bowl and I picked up several other items. My order total was just under 90 dollars. I can’t explain how disappointed we all were with the amount of chicken in our bowls. We were shocked tbh because the bowl was mainly rice. I did not taste the chicken. I had been to the Woodbury location in the past and never a complaint. I have to think that it doesn’t have to do with location it’s more about the increased cost of food in general but this isn’t right. Sorry! Not sure I will be back and certainly not to this location.

I’m going to Organic Krush since they open originally in 2015 at the Woodbury location and I visited multiple locations I’ve had wonderful experiences of them however the Plainview location I’ve been very disappointed in myself and my partner went to go get a breakfast wrap, not only did they forget about our order (it took 25 minutes to make a breakfast sandwich, and other people that came after us got their food quickly) but the portion size of our wrap was completely cut in half. Minimum eggs minimum avocado minimum mushroom, it was just the wrap. Very disappointed will not be returning to this location
