I only had breakfast at this location, but several times. Each time they hand you a cup to get coffee they hold it by the top, where you will be drinking from. Why not hold it by the middle or the bottom? Not sanitary. Also sometimes no one is at the order counter, so be prepared to wait. Breakfast and coffee taste fine

Vegetarian options: This is my favorite restaurant. I'm a truck driver and I go to all the PANERA BREAD stores in the country. But I had never seen a store where they served so little food. Really, the bosses above should see what is happening here, because they have really served dishes for newborn children. When I demanded it from the manager, he told me that he was sorry that that was the portion and that is a lie. Here, all the paneras I have been to serve food for an adult

I’m part of the sip rewards and I was sitting down drinking my green tea papaya . I got up to get a refill as I normally do- and the manager started screaming saying that’s not how we do things and to walk out the store . Accusing me of stealing. I was in such a state of shock that I didn’t know what to say but left. I have spent hundreds just in the past couple of weeks (ordered almost daily) and can’t believe the treatment I receive today. I’ve paid for the drink and was just getting a refill. They didn’t even give me a chance to explain.

The front desk person was not a good appearance of what staff should be able to take an order. It had lower standards than all the rest I go to. But the manager was on it and taking the weight.
I go to may Panera’s. This one continuously has the worst service. There is never anyone at the counter to take anyone’s order. Every time i have to go find someone and they always act like they are being inconvenienced and bothered, Horrific management

Food is always great. I use the coffee subscription, but the front desk manager has some type of wild attitude. I never feel comfortable walking up to her and she is VERY short with you and looks like she doesn’t want to be there. It’s a shame since I like to work from here with the WiFi. Management needs to have a meeting about manners and courtesy

The cashier girl her name is Judy is very nasty, she doesn't have manners with a lot of attitude. She is Spanish but look like her doesn't like Latin people. Her customer service is so bad! Listen people if you don't like to work with public just don't do it. Because the place is really nice and clean but with people like you, make that visitors never come back. Thank you!
