We are very good customers for years. However, the last three visits, when we place our online order for pick up, we are always missing 1-2 items, causing us to be inconvenienced and return to get the rest of the food that we paid for. A free cookie is hardly worth the inconvenience. We enjoy the food, however, the aggravation it causes is just not worth it.

Received wrong delivery order and they would not re deliver, told me I had to either come in person or reorder my food!!! Are you serious!!!! This is why this place has gone down hill, never orde from here again. And shame on dorr dash for not probably checking the order!!

Multiple times, I waited for over 20 minutes to pick up my order, but they always came out late and I could clearly see them talking and laughing to themselves, although I had requested them in-person again. When the manager came to tell the workers to get me my order, it was waiting on top of the other counter, and they just hadn’t given it to me. Unfriendly workers; and they are so slow. Great way to waste my time and yours, especially in the morning before work.

Management and staff hate themselves and their jobs, it shows. Panera should be embarrassed by the attitude of their employees at this location.
I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. A knife was not included with my pickup order. I waited to ask for a knife and 2 workers preparing food and a manager saw me but did not acknowledge me. They all completely ignored me for 10 minutes. I left without asking for a knife.
The employee at the register should have asked me if I was staying or going instead of putting my cinnamon roll and my cookie in the same bag touching each other.

Absolutely poor service. Went there to pickup my cookies and I told the lady mirasela to warm up. She made a face and shook her head and said “ we are not supposed to do it”. It’s my food, it’s in a bag and it’s untouched how are you not supposed to warm up. I called her manager “Erica” and she tries to cover her employe and said I was there and we not suppose to put the cookies in an oven after you touched her. I said it again i did not not you touched the cookies. She said, “ I can’t really do anything about her attitude”. This is service they are proving to their customers. Every time you go and ask them for something these ladies make faces. Irony is all share the same culture so they cover each other even the manager.

Ordered Duet (value pick 2) in drive thru. Requested no onions/mayo. Was told they could not give me a duet meal if I wanted it this way, would have to order as a regular pick 2 which would have been several dollars more for exact same meal just no onions & mayo! This was not a substitution…just can’t have mayo & onions. Then the manager told me she would allow an exception this time but never again!! I was being treated like a child who did something wrong. Note, frequent many Paneras and this simple request has never been an issue. Manager did exercise any common sense in this situation, was extremely rigid and couldn’t care less about me as a customer. Will never go there again!
