Paris Baguette

This place is always giving expired milk in drinks. I’ve had a problem twice now. Once 2 yrs ago with an iced drink and now with a hot drink . It’s extremely difficult to have to deal with stomach problems while in a public setting. Do not go here. Poor Management and workers who hate being there and don’t care.

I just experienced the most exceptional and pleasant service at Paris Baguette Plainview. Ashley rang up my items expeditiously and had the most positive energy while doing it. I saw that she made the customer in front of me smile and that made my interaction with her start off on that same positivity. Now a days, it's truly a rarity to receive retail service experience this enjoyable and smile inducing. You keep spreading that positive energy, Ashley. 👍

Ordered breads last night with kids. Ate few this morning but just noticed that there were black markers written on the back of the breads with letters and numbers… not acceptable at all.

I actually came to this location first time Horrible service walk in today waiting for a while for someone to assist me another min I see the guy who works there Indian looking boy takes another customer while I’m standing there waiting for him even I give my hand to him for him to come and take my order he saw me and end up helping someone else out who came after me ridiculous

I usually enjoy Paris Baguette, this was my first visit to the Plainview location and when I first walked in the customer service from the staff was actually nice. The croissants were fresh, and the overall ambience was pleasant. Unfortunately, the experience took a turn for the worse when I had an issue with my sandwich and had to deal with the manager.

What happened next was truly unbelievable — the manager came out, put on gloves, opened up my sandwich right in front of me, and tried it. I was completely stunned. I’ve never seen anything like that in any food establishment. It felt totally unprofessional and inappropriate.

To make things worse, the coffee was absolutely terrible, which just added to the disappointment. Between the manager’s behavior and the poor quality of egg sandwich and coffee, I left feeling very uncomfortable and honestly shocked by how the situation was handled.

This could have been a nice experience if not for that incident, but after what I witnessed, I will NOT be returning!! I really hope corporate takes a closer look at how this location is managed.

Nice Loation and Super comfortable Lg Parking Lot Plus No Need to go out to city for Korean Bakery Any longer.
Just Wish there are some Asian Employees working for Local Korean Church Community Especially during Weekends Plus how about Either lowerng the price or upsizing the foods that you guys sell?

The food here is overall tasty and fresh. My favorite was the lemon with strawberries; creamy with just the right amount of lemon flavor and fresh quartered strawberries on top. The cakes are beautiful and colorful.
The iced caramel coffee was delicious; I just had to ask for a little more caramel as I didn't want to add sugar to the drink. The servers added more with no question. The people who work there are very kind and helpful.
Its a big place, spacey for a coffee/dessert place, exceptionally clean and beautifully laid out. I only would have liked it to have a cozier and warmer feeling, which is just a personal opinion.
