I love Ralphs Italian Ices but I suggest they check their opening hours online again- because it says its open online until 11pm and I came there earlier today at 9:30pm and it was
closed. Waste of time and gas. That being said love their creme ices!

Arrived 15 minutes before close, posted time on the door says that they’re open till 10:30. I understand refusing service at like 10:20 or 10:25, but to refuse to serve me 15 minutes before close is a bit ridiculous

I love going to Ralph's, but the problem with them is that they're always out of certain items. I usually get their ice cream & sundaes because I like the taste & flavors. The issue is that most of the time, they can't give you what you order. Either they don't have the ingredients or their machine is out of service or some other problem.

Asked for a large milkshake with less milk so it not as liquid as they always make it. Got a regular with extra milk? And NO STRAWS?!?! How are you gonna wait till our whole orders done to tell me theres no straws?

Drove 35 minutes because it says they close at 12 AM, sign on the door says 10:30 PM. Please update your hours so people don't waste their time driving to a pitch black, empty store.

Absolutely amazing service, had the best ice cream ive ever had in my entire life. I was served by a girl name Valerie and she was the sweetest. Very fast and efficient worker. 10/10 would go again.

the owner needs to stop being so greedy and hire more workers .....

If you never been to a Ralphs, this is the one to go to, they are fast and friendly. Highly recommend trying the Ices if you’ve never had one before!

I went there at 10:04 pm on Monday and they said they are closed, meanwhile there website says they close at 12am everyday . I really wish businesses would update their websites at least regarding their hours!!!!!
