Ralph’s Famous Italian Ices

This is our preferred Ralph's location. Everyone here is great, always smiling and they're very fast and efficient. We leave with our orders accurate and feel we got our money's worth. The ices and the ice cream all taste fantastic and we look forward to our Ralph's trips. Thank you!

I like to get the sugar-free ices which actually seem to be sugar-free since they don't raise my blood sugar I would have given it a five but they were out of the vanilla chip that I wanted

Prices are crazy here. Nearly $5 for a kiddie cup and oh yeah, now they charge 15 cents for a lid cover.

I love Ralphs Italian Ices but I suggest they check their opening hours online again- because it says its open online until 11pm and I came there earlier today at 9:30pm and it was
closed. Waste of time and gas. That being said love their creme ices!

Arrived 15 minutes before close, posted time on the door says that they’re open till 10:30. I understand refusing service at like 10:20 or 10:25, but to refuse to serve me 15 minutes before close is a bit ridiculous

I love going to Ralph's, but the problem with them is that they're always out of certain items. I usually get their ice cream & sundaes because I like the taste & flavors. The issue is that most of the time, they can't give you what you order. Either they don't have the ingredients or their machine is out of service or some other problem.

Asked for a large milkshake with less milk so it not as liquid as they always make it. Got a regular with extra milk? And NO STRAWS?!?! How are you gonna wait till our whole orders done to tell me theres no straws?
