Absolutely amazing service, had the best ice cream ive ever had in my entire life. I was served by a girl name Valerie and she was the sweetest. Very fast and efficient worker. 10/10 would go again.

If you never been to a Ralphs, this is the one to go to, they are fast and friendly. Highly recommend trying the Ices if you’ve never had one before!

I went there at 10:04 pm on Monday and they said they are closed, meanwhile there website says they close at 12am everyday . I really wish businesses would update their websites at least regarding their hours!!!!!

umm i walked in and one of the workers winked at me then threw a whole quart of cherry cream ice at me??? gave 2 stars because it tasted pretty good

the service here was great but i was very confused by the menu. they need to make it clearer to people what is thick ice cream and light ice cream. the mint chocolate crunch has good flavor but tastes freezer burnt.

I have always been a fan of this Ralphs location until tonight. My sister and I went to Ralphs tonight, Tuesday June 20th, for the twister Tuesday special. When it was our turn to order, the worker informed us that there were no twister lids. Since we were there for the twister special, we said that was okay. We receive our ice cream and since there were no lids, I held both ice creams in my hands on the way home and unfortunately dropped one. It was completely untouched so I scooped it up and went back to ask for another one. We explained the situation to the worker and she said she would "have to charge us again". Then, she calls over another worker, we explain the situation and she says she will make it again. After making the ice cream she then tells us she will have to "charge us again" because they can't "give out free ices" since it was not "their fault". Frustrated, my sister and I just say fine, pay again and walk away. I will not be back to this location. Bad customer service. If there were lids, the ice cream would not have been dropped in the first place!
The ice cream here is absolutely fantastic. We decided to order three flavors: rainbow cookie, strawberry, and sundae brownie, and each one was more delicious than the last. My personal favorite was the strawberry; it wasn't overly sweet and had a lovely natural fruity taste that you don't often find in ice cream. The only downside was the wait time - we had to wait 20 minutes to receive our order. However, I would say that the wait was definitely worth it for the exceptional quality of the ice cream.

Terrible quality. When I went today I had the banana fudge, and my kids had chocolate soft serve. The banana fudge had consistency of a thawed and refrozen ice cream, with ice crystals in it. My kids actually notice the soft serve was tasting somewhat sour and I confirmed. The ice cream left a tingle on my tongue. I let the girl know to check the cream for the soft serves, no response or any kind of costumer service. First and last time I got ice cream from this place!
