Went in there to find the staff sitting on the counters near the food prep area. Nothing more professional or appealing than someone’s bottom being right near where you make my food Promptly left Will never be going back to this location

Giving 3 stars because of the inconsistency. Sometimes it’s great & other times the mangoes are mushy. To me that isn’t fair because açaí bowls aren’t cheap & most the time I don’t say anything when the mangoes are mushy, but this time I did. The staff didn’t seem ok with me speaking up. They’re always short staffed. Having enough staff positively changes things for the workers & customers.

The açaí is great. I usually like this location. Today the service was ridiculously slow. It took me almost 15 minutes to get my açaí and I had no one in front of me.
