Social Play Haus

I attended my Grandsons first birthday at social play haus yesterday Feb.21,2026. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. They were friendly and accommodating throughout the party to adults and children alike. The food was delicious and the decorations were professionally done. I will recommend social play haus to everyone I know. Thank You all for a great party! Five stars from me!

We hosted our daughter’s first birthday there. We wanted to incorporate the traditional Korean celebration. Marc and the team were accommodating and a pleasure to work with. With our guest count, we had to go with the catered package. We got so many compliments from our guests about the venue and food. Thanks Marc and team.

I’ve been bringing my son here since they opened and today I brought him again and he suddenly started projectile vomiting in the play area. I felt so bad as there were other kids but this came on suddenly.. staff acted very professional and kind. They came and not only cleaned it up but made sure my son was okay. They offered us ginger ale asked if we needed anything and even gave us a credit to come another day. Thank you for your kindness- staff handled this so well!

Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The place is big and very nice for kids and adults to be in. But I wanted to do a baby’s first birthday here and I kept contacting them. Their communication is horrible. So we had to go with another place that communicated with me throughout the whole deposit and planning for the big day. So if you’re planning something be ready to be just stuck in your own thoughts cause they don’t communicate at all.

Attended a private social networking event and it was a really good experience. Nice and clean facility with plenty of free parking space available. Staff was professional and friendly.
The owner definitely puts in time and effort to run the place with extra attention.
Menu is great and coffee & tea bar has plenty of options. Definitely worth a visit and great place for social events for all ages.

Absolutely incredible and family friendly space. Thoughtfully crafted for parents and their little ones to explore, play, relax, and have a great time. Wonderful owners and staff :)

Can’t say enough amazing things about this place. Just had our daughter’s first birthday there today and they were awesome to work with! Everyone was so sweet. Food is great and decorations were better than I even imagined. They worked hard to pull this party together and it shows. We’ve been to two other birthdays here as well and both of those were amazing, too! Highly recommend!

Bday fun and good food. Could be a little cleaner. Saw some weird bug near the train and blocks area and loads of dirt and dust under the climbing area. One of the car toys went under there and my son tried to get it and got clumps of dust instead. It happens because there's a lot to clean in a place like that. Overall nice. I would visit again

We had our daughter’s 1st birthday party yesterday there and I’ve been getting texts all day about how impressed everyone was with the set-up, decor, food, staff and experience! Would 10/10 recommend. If you do the custom party package, someone from their events team will work with you on trying to bring your vision to life leveraging details from your Pinterest board, your invitation and desired color scheme. I wasn’t clear on when the events team would start reaching out to me to plan my event so I had started proactively reaching out to them two months prior to my event - wanted to make sure they could do my theme etc before invitations were distributed. The kids had so much fun in the soft play area and their table set-up / little chairs set up was so cute. The adults enjoy mingling and leveraging the full service bar.

Had my baby shower at Social Play Haus and it went great! The venue itself is awesome, nice and spacious with plenty of seating for my ~60 guests. Love the separate kids area to keep the kiddies entertained. Staff was super attentive. Food was delicious. They really went above and beyond with the decorations, too! Highly recommend :)

Blown away by the decorations, attentiveness of the staff, food and drinks for my daughter’s first birthday. Marc and T brought my Vision to life in ways I couldn’t even think of myself! Every detail was accounted for, the signature drink, the little sign next to the favor table, the stunning dessert table, the servers next to the kids table prepared with apple juice/ water, the bows on the back of the chairs ( being steamed!!) would highly recommend booking an event here !!

Great space with delicious food! Menu with a variety of choices for children and adults. The kids area is clean and there’s enough room for a sizable amount of kids! Definitely going back.

Had a surprise party for my wife's birthday this past weekend and it was such a hit. Being parents and having a lot of parent friends, it was really the ideal location to allow the adults to relax and enjoy themselves while the kids kept themselves busy in the play area. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was perfect and the staff were really phenomenal. Can't say enough good things.

The venue is spacious and welcoming. The food is amazing and the staff is friendly and efficient. Of course the play section is safe and fun! There’s something for everyone at Social Playhouse!
