The manager and I guess 🤷 🙄 😅 woman who takes order is excellent the store needs more back help preparing beverages there is a walk up windows that sometimes is a top priority and leaves the inside patrons confused about there order outside tables need to be cleaned as well as bathroom facility I understand patrons are sloppy
Parking: Horrible parking even for handicap ♿️ 😪 need to cross a big two way driveway not stores fault people are very rude and no regard for pedestrians crossing even though ther is a stop sign in walkway

This will be like the 10th time I visited the place, roughly about the fifth time I've come here in my coffee is unacceptable I will only request the Barista to remake it one time before I realize I'm beating my head against a brick wall, she didn't even ask what was wrong with it either she does these micro pumps of liquid little or not enough milk my coffee tastes ratchet to say the least and this isn't just singling out one barista my order is very simple a standard vanilla iced latte... don't expect too much here

You wanna wait 35minutes for a small ice coffee ? This is the right place .
the woman with the white hair and black apron that says “coffee master” is extremely rude and judgmental <3
The staff at this location is the reason why it’s my primary Starbucks, despite the horrible parking lot situation. They go out of their way to remember regulars, and are quick and efficient.
Parking: Parking is often hard to find during busy hours. The drivers in this shopping center are also very reckless. A unknown driver sideswiped my 3 month old car and drove off without leaving any information ($16k in damage).
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly- when I bring my son the baristas always offer him a little treat or sample.

This place has the best Chai Latte. Not too sweet, like some other locations. Also, this place serves the Tea nice and hot.

The last visit was very bad, and I bought a large cold brew coffee, 3 to 5 minutes later, I went to get my refill, and I was told can't get it just because when I was drinking my coffee I went to get my wallet for the tip, batista saw me that I went to my car for a minute and she told me that if I step out even for a minute the refill will not be validate.

Terrible service and bad attitudes. Not enough staff for how busy they are. Waited 15 minutes just to order while they made food and other orders. Then another 15 minutes to get my tea. Woman said yeah sorry we're busy with a rude attitude.
