This Starbucks cafe in Country Pointe is not maintained well. The cafe used to be very good, but over the last several months, it is very dirty. The restrooms are not clean. The coffee and food are great. The baristas are great. The cleanliness of the cafe must improve. We go here every week and are concerned. We now go to a different Starbucks.

I usally get Starbucks every morning and I recently started to come here I’m not happy at all I had told them my drink brown sugaroatmilk shaken expresso Light ice more oatmilk you just don’t pay a drink that’s almost $10 for a drink just full of ICE!! By the time I even walked out of star buck my drink was already done by the time I got in my car. Also the old lady with grey hair that works at the cashier I told her how I want my drink and I started going 2 weeks ago I keep telling her light ice more oatmilk she was giving me a problem saying we can’t do that after I told her I got to Starbucks ever morning and everytime I get this drink no one ever gives me a problem this is the only star buck that doesn’t not listen and is so rude . She went to the guy that was making my drink and wishpered in his ear and said something then I saw him put more ice in the drink.unfortunately I won’t be coming here no more I will show a picture below of my drink just crazy I’m not paying almost$10 drunk that’s just all Ice

So far no issue with this location with my orders. The manager, Stacy is very kind, always helpful and smiling. So far I think this is my favorite Starbucks location.

Rude staff accused me of cutting the line (even though the only other person on the "line" had already given their order), and didn't bother to apologize, after I waited 5 minutes to order a simple banana nut bread as they took care of mobile orders.

'Bucks (as I call it) is a great company with a great product. But the Starbucks on Old country road in Plainview has special people that work there which makes it that much better of an experience. Id like to get a special shout out to Emil and Morgan Who really stepped up to the plate for me and helped me out in a gym. Thank you so much. You too, I am forever grateful ??✊?

Cool store, they have a clover machine, and three comfy chairs, but no side tables. The store has plenty of room to have more comfy chairs, side tables, and a larger social grouping, but otherwise a nice store with nice staff!
i absolutely adore this starbucks! it’s the only one i will ever go to. they make the drinks better than any other location in plainview, and the staff is always so kind. they always welcome me with a smile and say hi. they’re are so sweet. amazing beverages and food! love it here!
