Terrible location. I ordered a drink in the app due to it being half price. I went to pick in up but could not find a parking spot due to overcrowding in the parking lot. I had to get back to work so had to leave. I called to ask for a refund but they would not give it unless I came in! Uncool!

The counter where drinks and food are placed has spilled liquid. I went two days in a row had spilled coffee/liquid, it was pretty gross. On Sunday 7/30 day, the cashier (Asian guy) refused acknowledge or speak except, anything else. I said hello twice, he refused to speak. I watched, he spoke to every customer after me. Greeted them with a hello. This kills the atmosphere as well as the dogs in the building.

DO NOT COME HERE!!Today I decided to come here with a friend of mine. This was my very first time taking this friend out. We were looking to get a refreshment after a long day. After we settled down at our seats, we noticed something a tiny bit strange. There was a bug crawling on my sweatshirt and after further investigation we realized that it was a TICK. We didn't think too much of it since we had just walked a mile to get here; about a minute later, I felt something tickle my arm. I looked down and saw yet ANOTHER TICK. Foolishly enough, I ignored it and assumed it was from the walk there. Not even a minute later we noticed ticks crawling all over the floor. Naturally I started to panic, and I told a barista who kindly got rid of the chairs and explained that people from the state park commonly come here and they sometimes have ticks on them. We went to check our bodies in the bathroom after being instructed by a staff member to do so. We didn't see anything, so we thought this ordeal was over, but that was not the case. Once we got home we went to use my Macbook and my friend pointed out that there was yet ANOTHER TICK. We immediately changed our clothes. This is ridiculous and the fact that they were aware of the issue is unacceptable and extremely dangerous to other people who enter this facility. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Every time I order from the specific location, they always leave out, utensils, and Sriracha, despite me, requesting it on the app. I’ve ordered multiple times from this specific location and they are notorious for leaving out the specific utensils needed to actually enjoy the meal. Currently, I have no straw to drink my drink and I have no utensils or Sriracha to eat with my food. 2/10, do yourself a favor and skip this site and go straight to Syosset location.
