Every item that I ordered (except the cannoli donut) was stale and the cannoli dome had mold in it. There needs to be better safety checks in place as this is not only unsavory but dangerous. This was my first and last time ordering from here.

I just had to come on here and rave about Sweet Karmas desserts and the cake they made for my friend!! Everything was amazing, from the Karma cups which were some type of buttercream or mousse to the actual cake! They listened to my endless requests and details and the girls who took my order were the sweetest. They gained another customer and will be coming back very soon!

I gave specific guidelines to Brian regarding the design and color scheme, providing the invitation and napkins as a blueprint. My guests were truly overwhelmed by the three tiered cake, remarking as to its “uniqueness.” This was far beyond a traditional cake one might find at a local bakery. Best of all the taste was delicious! Many of the guests asked for additional slices. This is an acknowledgment of the caliber of the product. You will not be disappointed.

This was a second attempt for me, trying Sweet Karma for a Specialty birthday cake. I will say that the service both times was very responsive and extremely friendly, and both cakes were very, very delicious. However once again, there were either mistakes on the cake or areas where they did not put design elements discussed. Additionally there were way too many noticable areas of extreme low quality, almost like a child made it (which may be true as a young boy did come out of the back with sugar and/or flour on him asking if I was being helped) that could not be altered at the time of pickup and which I had to eventually pay for. This is not what should be expected for the the high cost you're paying for a cake that's supposed to be of a higher quality. Also as a mentionsble, the bakery itself just didn't feel warm or inviting. You know when you walk into a bakery and are hit with delicious smells, bright warm lighting, easy going music, and just an overall cheerful atmosphere? Well, you'll only get the delicious smells here. Highly highly recommend for small cakes, cookies, and pastries but absolutely caution if you're thinking about something Specialty or expensive.

As I am going through the reviews, I notice the owner is replying with defensive and aggressive responses.
