Not good

King wait times if you don’t order ahead and instead order at the store. I waited over 30 minutes for my order when I didn’t pre order on the app. Store was nasty dirty. They don’t take phone orders.

Food is tasty but you can be fooled by it being a quick “order at the counter” spot. I could have gone to Bare Burger next door, spent the same amount of money and left quicker than this place.

This place was horrible. I was expected shawarma like how they cook it back in the Middle East. This is just a disgrace on the Syrians and Turks who first made shawarma. Plus it’s 20 dollars for a small sandwich. It’s horrible pricing.

Terrible customer service. They charged the wrong credit card and refused to fix it. I first called them on the phone and no one answered and there was no voicemail set up. When I came in person to ask them to cancel the order, they refused as well. Extremely unprofessional in the way they spoke to me about it as well. Would never go back

When it first opened several years ago Taim had the very best falafel. Their falafel pitas were well stuffed, held together very well, and there was so much of it that it was difficult to finish. Now it is more pricey, they've cut back to about half of the falafels, falls apart too easily, and leaves me hungry. Shortchanging your customers should not be the price of success. Shame on you, Taim.

Easy to order on app before arriving when you have a limited amount of time for lunch... quality food, reasonably priced, large portions, food is always ready quickly, excellent service, clean and comfortable to stay and eat there or take out... always friendly service.

First time and I was greeted immediately, explained the menu and even what some of the sauces were. Food tasted fresh. Cant wait to come back! I forgot to take a picture cause I was excited to eat it

This location is extremely disappointing and maybe half as good (at best) compared to the Farmingdale location. We have come here three times and the food was inconsistent in each visit. The last meal was so disappointing that we refuse to go back now. $16 per person for a meal that doesn’t deliver is not worth it.

What doesn’t help is zero customer service. They have two employees, both of whom are usually preparing online orders and we have to wait a few minutes until they acknowledge us. The place is always empty and a ghost town lol

Shout out to these kind hearted employees for being so pleasant. I’m sure they have to deal with a lot in terms of Karen’s. The food is fresh and made with clean ingredients which is rarer to find nowadays. Definitely one of my top picks for eating out.
