All my food was cold, I’ve ordered here before during the day when when made fresh but ordered takeout off Uber tonight, nothing was fresh, it’s a night and day difference with food quality and for the price I expect fresh

I stopped in, asked if the manager or owner was around and rather then telling me their not available or not here I was met with rudeness and being talked to like I'm a child by your employee Shannon. We've opened several accounts with franchises and it always begins by talking to a manger who will talk to the owner/franchisee that can bring it up to the parent company. She instead looked at me like I'm stupid for explaining how it works and talked down to me with a tone I'd use to a child that peed themselves. I don't want any pushiment or something to come of this I just wanted to express how sad it made me that people in the same field as me can't take the 2 seconds to be kinder. I understand I was a salesman that walked in, but every manager/owner says my product is atleast unique and even if they don't work with me they consider me pleasant and enjoy the conversation. That's how most people facing jobs should be, put on a mask and eat your feelings for the few minutes you're with someone else. Don't push your own insecurities and stupidity onto someone else cause you hate your job, just quit, go on unemployment and stop ruining other people's day

I decided to go back to give them a second chance. I’m pleased to say that everything I objected to had been fixed Food was absolutely delicious , wait time was minimal, servers showed interest and were very nice. We will be returning with confidence

14 dollars for a bowl and they couldn't give me more than a spoonful of chicken. Look at the picture. That corner of chicken is all I got. Not going back

This is one of the best Mediterranean i Ever had! My first experience was in their Nolita location in the city. I didnt have much expectation but the food flavor location blew the nolita location out the water! The portion size was huge, the variety of sides, the flavor profile was absolutely delicious!! It was hard for to stop eating it despite the large bowl!

Delicious takeout from Taiim Mediterranean! I ordered a custom bowl and was impressed by the freshness of the ingredients, generous portion size, and exceptional food quality. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying. I highly recommend Taiim Mediterranean for a quick, healthy, and tasty meal. 4/5 stars!

Tried the restaurant today for the first time. The food was fantastic, all 4 of us really enjoyed our meals. The menu is easy to order from. Build your own bowls and pitas with different vegetables, hummus and proteins. Beverages are from a fountain and they have a freshly made ginger lemonade which was awesome.
The cashier was helpful with his pointers and recommendations.
There are a few tables and some seats at a counter. They also appeared to be doing a healthy takeout and delivery business.
We definitely wouldn't hesitate to return again.
