The Shed Restaurant- Plainview

A truly excellent burger with wonderful Shed fries. Also had a lovely seasonal pumpkin ale in a nutmeg rimmed glass; very unusual. Service was wonderful and the casual yet bouyant atmosphere produced by the bookshelves behind the bar was welcoming.

The cookies were trash. Also charging $18 for a burger and not including fries is a crime.

This place was outstanding for a Saturday brunch. We enjoyed the Belgian waffle and avocado toast with eggs. Staff was friendly and efficient!

I was solo as I often am when I’m out of town for work. When I arrived, I asked a manager if it’d be ok if I sat at the bar and ate. He said absolutely and thanked me for asking.

The food & drink were great, zero complaints. What I was most impressed with was the teamwork the managers, wait staff, and bartenders had. A well-oiled machine. So fun to watch. Great place, great people. Thank you for a nice dinner.

Second Visit to the Shed , this time we moved away from Westbury and went to Plainview.
Another perfect Brunch behind us , We were served by Matthew O, TABLE 33 , CHECK #31
We were blown away by Matthew's Phenomenal service, very detailed. THE chef did an amazing job with the food. Everything was delicious 😋
We had the watermelon/grapefruit juices
The shed wings with a side of corn
Biscuit Benedict with a side of mushrooms
We planned on having the pancakes but simply didn't have the space in our tummies.... 😂
So instead we did a hot chocolate and a double espresso
I want to thank the hostess also for a warm welcome
We're going back to FL soon but will always remember The Shed for their delicious food and amazing service

Burger dry and very overpriced. Had better burgers for much less at TGIFridays. Service was poor. Very nice tablecloths and umbrellas and decor. Fries were $9.00! No value. After tip, lunch was $ 40!
