Each time I go to Yiasou Yeeros, it's the same. I'm greeted heartily and I'm given fabulous food! I've ordered almost everything on the menu over the years. There isn't anything I haven't liked! Sometimes I've eaten there; sometimes I have had take-out. The service is impeccable in both cases. Everyone I took there agrees: it's a special place!

As a Greek-American that used to live in Astoria, I have to say this restaurant replicates Greek food well. I love their lunch specials and I always look forward to having a gyro. I recommend this place to my friends who live on Longisland.

For the lunch special, you can get a salad with 1 side. I got 2 salad lunch specials, 1 with soup as a side and the other with fries as a side. The one with soup as a side was a full side salad and a cup of soup. Great!For the salad with fries, they gave me half a salad with a handful of fries inside the same container. I get it, it’s only 12.95 and inflation is bad but at least give me a full side salad and a decent side of fries. But they both were good.

Solid Greek food spot. Galaktibouriko, favorite dessert, is excellent here. Their food is good, and not horribly overpriced. The staff is friendly and attentive.

I wished I can give a good rating but the fact is that customer service counts a lot in my book and if the place questions a customer's negative experience and disputes what the customer says, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth even if the food is descent. They've just lost what could have been a great customer because I love Greek food. They don't value their customers!

I disagree as I was not provided with immediate attention. Several silent moments after I called about the missing item and then told "no longer available" which may or may not be true. If true, this should have been told to me at pick up. I should not have had to call. I understand mistakes happen all the time but not volunteering compensation after I pointed out the issue is poor customer service. One star for food

I was coming to this place for about 7 years and just wanted to say that they are becoming very limited on their foods, very little portions of fries and the gyro has limited on meat, you mostly feel the pita bread. I went back and had asked why was only a few pieces of fries and the lady says “ it’s a lunch special “ but their lunch special is about $15-16When it’s to go lunch , The portions are very small!When it’s to eat in , portions are a little bit better!Overall, this place is becoming expensive with very little portions of food !Not happy with what’s happening to this place!!!

I had the lamb/beef platter with lemon chicken soup and the fried zucchini appetizer. Everything was amazing! I had so much food, I had the whole meal a second time for dinner ?

SO far the best greek food on Long Island! If you live out, you know there's a shortage of high quality greek food compared to queens and this place makes me feel back at home! I've tried so many items on the menu and truly love everything. My most recent favorite was the zucchini chip appetizer. My husband loves absolutely everything but the chicken is his favorite.

I This was my first time here. I ordered their Greek Feast to go.Everything was outstanding. The meats were all flavorful, tenderand the portions were beyond generous. The side of lemon potatoes and sautéed veggies were also great. My only regret is that we did not get their pork sausage to try. Next time
