They are never there! Everytime my family and I go to the mall, we see this shop, lights on, but never see anyone working there. Am literally here right now and no one is there and there was a customer before us just waiting and who knows how long he was waiting but he left and followed us to Sbarro. I don't k ow how they are still open. The only time I saw someone inside was when he was just sitting in a chair and when we walked up. He left to the back of the kitchen. Worst waste of space.

The food is amazing - the problem is that it's 50/50 shot that there will actually be someone there to serve you. They'll be randomly closed, randomly open up late, and several times I've gone and they've been open, but there's just no one behind the counter to take an order. But I keep going back because the food is so good.

The customer service is great. The environment looks clean. However, the food quality is just ok. Rice was overcooked. The chicken was way too salty. They portion is very small. For chicken over rice, you only get a tiny bit of chicken. I would eat here again if it s really the only halal option.

So yummy! Really hit the spot. Can't speak on the "NYC style" aspect, but the taste is amazing. The gyros are HUGE, very affordable.
