The gyro was just aweful! The sauce was a disaster and $15 for a gyro and drink is just way too much!

Food was terrible. I ordered the Gyro and it was not a gyro. It was meat and some vegetables over rice. Won’t be ordering or eating there ever again…

Terrible. Total ripoff ($30 for a super basic sandwich and rice). Take my money this time but I will be sure to never come back.

I want to preface by saying, this is only constructive criticism for the owner. There are quite a few flaws with the restaurant. Each of the flaws start and end with one thing: The Food. Let's start with the portion. You get way too much chicken for the meal, which made the chicken gyro (labeled a wrap on the menu) taste like greasy and salty chicken with pita bread. Then, there are three layers of white sauce that were put on the chicken, with limited vegetables. This takes me to the next topic: Food Cost. Many times, it is difficult for a restaurant owner to distinguish between quantity and quality. If your quality isn't as great, you can compensate with the quantity and vice versa. Over here, there was a clear issue with the quality of the food. I highly recommend that the owner makes a recipe book with ONE consistent recipe for the chicken, which doesn't involve too much turmeric, salt or oil. Each of those ingredients (turmeric, salt and oil) were extremely high in the chicken. Next, the amount of chicken that was put in the wrap, should be 1/2 or 3/4 of the amount being put in normally, with a higher focus on more vegetables. Stick to the basics on the vegetables, which are lettuce, tomato and onion. Make sure to the cut the tomato and lettuce in larger pieces. (No need to offer chickpeas and olives) Lastly, take the prices and drop them by a cent each so that you have the typical $11.99, $12.99, etc. This will simply allow for a more appealing display. Once all of this is done, make sure to put yourself on all of the delivery platforms: UberEats, Door Dash and GrubHub. This restaurant has so much potential, but it simply misses the mark.

I'm not from NYC so i can't compare, but the lamb/beef gyro was delicious. Im not normally someone who likes lamb meat but their gyro meat was well seasoned and tender. The pita was thick and chewy. The wrap was huge!!! For a food court place, it was great on the go. We come to this mall every time we visit from Montreal, so i hope we can have their gyro again.Parking: Mall parking

As an actual NYC resident and spending my entire life there (born and raised), it's not NYC style. Buuut it's still really good. You can't see the NYC style stuff and expect it to be just like street food we get at the carts. Still delicious, meat was seasoned really well and juicy, and bro manning the fort knows how to sling sauce.

5 stars and I'm super picky. Food is delicious. Finally a place to get good food that isn't processed fast food. Really big portions. It's $14 but for how much food you get it's like 2 meals. The seasoning on the chicken is delicious and the white sauce on top is excellent.

Didn’t enjoy it the first time that much when they just opened but I think they’ve worked out the kinks because the last few times the food has been awesome. My only complaint is that the chicken tends to be on the drier side otherwise delicious!
