Food was really really good but we ordered all the food at the same time and it took 5 minutes for one of the appetizers and then 45 minutes for the other and the entrees. Server was absent most of the time. Food was good but it took a long time.
Very bad service many available tables ,but they told us to wait 10 min, we are here waiting for 35 min , no way it's ridiculous,that's really imebelivebel , 03 people in front just turn around, 👌👇, you have to fixe your service management.

Food is decent although when getting take out, they are always stingy on the amount of beer cheese they serve with the pretzels. I definitely don't recommend getting those for take out.

Service was great. But food was brought out cold. Then food was brought out again but was swimming with grease. And the bad food was removed from bill. but I left hungry and lost an hour of my time for nothing unfortunately. Also nothing done to make up for the long wait.
Bartender was fantastic. Made me feel very welcomed. Food was good. It's Applebee's. But the service was fantastic at the bar

This was a disappointment and boring meal. I ordered the top of the line steak dinner! There is no option for a baked potatoe! Disappointment! No included salad! Most all restaurants include a salad with a top steak choice, not this Applebee's. The provided mash potatoes were pasty and a skimpy portion. The only veggie that came with the steak was broccoli, and this was a skimpy portion, too! Not a good value meal I and left not satisfied. However, the waitress was pleasant when she appeared, and that wasn't very often! Not to revist this Applebee's, should have gone to a Perkins instead!

Waited about 30 minutes to just get in the restaurant, understandable since it was feb.15th. Poor service was an understatement on this one. Steak is always overcooked. Medium cooked steak has pink in the middle. Came out well done as usual. Waited 20 minutes for my second drink, whatever no big deal they're busy, understandable. I get onto the tablet thing they have there to order my girlfriend her second drink and was completely ignored. I've used the tablet for the other drinks that we ordered as well, so it's not like it wasn't working. The waiter comes to the table and asks us if we need anything else to go containers, bill, etcetera. I said to the waiter that I ordered a drink approximately 20 minutes prior that never came, and I asked to speak with the manager. The manager comes over must have already known what was going on because she took the drink off of our bill before she even arrived and proceeded to tell me the Applebee's has a strict two drink policy and that I would not be able to get said drink. The drink was for my girlfriend who only had 1 shark bowl #1, #2 Applebee's has a 3 drink max policy on their website, so the manager lied to try and make the situation better but continued to assume the drink was mine because someone told her it was mine without even asking us. The last time I checked, there was a big difference between a Long Island iced tea and a shark bowl. It was a very poor experience for us, especially since they used to be really good.

Went there steaks were over cooked just like leather salads came with the meal in stead of before. The manger did give us new steaks but the others one at r table were all ready done. And they didn’t even take the old steaks left them on the table while we ate
