Casual atmosphere, friendly staff, good food. They had nice specials too. Staff was very accommodating for my daughters birthday, happy to sing to her!

Took forever for the waitress to come to us. When I got my food it was dry, barely had any sauce on it. There was a different sauce spot on my plate.. figured it got bumped by another plate or something... let that go. Then was charged for 2 extra sauces when she asked me if I wanted more. Then when my boyfriend put the rest of my food in a to go dish..(which I left there.. the bottom of my plate was covered with a red sauce. Mine was white. The manager was the only Good one out of it. He didnt charge me for my food and gave us a discount on my boyfriend's meal. His meal was fine by the way. We've been there a ton of times. It's always been a hit or miss as far as good or bad goes. Needless to say we won't be going back for quite some time if at all. I feel bad for this review because the manager was good. He had checked in on us earlier. I did tell him about how dry my food was then...

Our waitress Willow was awesome for Applebee's. The food was not good at all. I got bits and pieces for french fries. My husband got chicken. Alfredo, that had basically no alfredo sauce. He asked for more. It took over 10 minutes to get it at which time his whole dish is cold. I will not go back to that Applebee's

Awesome bartender!! But caution they have a maximum drink policy even if you have a ride or you are within walking distance to your hotel. Safety first right! The bartender was very apologetic. I just thought it was a great experience with her and enjoyed my stay even though it was limited. I would have stayed longer and limited my 2 beers over a longer period of time..just because of the service. It was awesome including the pecan cake with ice-cream.

Not really for gluten-free people. We were also walked to the very back of the restaurant, the last table in the very back. My mother walks with a cane and doesn't have the best balance. The hostess walked us passed at least 12 open tables to place us in the back corner. That was very discouraging.

Our server Melissa was wonderful. Very attentive but not overbearing. The shift Manager Terri was also GREAT! She saw that I was wearing a Veteran hat and made it a point to come over and introduce herself and explain to us about the Veterans Day appreciation Day. Great service!

Took us 50 minutes just to get seated when no one was here. Everyone on break. Took us 2 hours for our appetizers then another hour for food. Just for my kid to be forgotten.

Well it was apparently thr 1st day of the so there were lots of tables, no servers. I said we would wait at the bar until some came in. But only 2 chairs a u are allowed to stand at the bar (policy). I said have done your best makes you did not get our business. We went down the street to 99 diner, lots of staff, great service, great food and prices. If you want that go to 99ers.
