Amazing wings. I had asked for them to be cooked a specific way, and they did it, and they were amazing. Pizza was awesome as usual. Great food, and amazing help that listens and carry out special orders. Never had better. Thank you Bazzanos, and your amazing staff.
Went for the first time. Ordered a Stromboli, it was huge (brought the rest home of course) and over all it was delicious. The stretch on the cheese, omg!!! My friend had the stuffed shells which also came with a garlic roll. If you haven't tried those rolls, you MUST!!!! Bought a bunch to bring home for the family (i ate 2 of them lol). Prices were good, service was amazing and the food was delicious! Will definitely be going back next time im in the area!

We didn’t go to the place. We ordered and picked up. Everything was cold and wrong. We attempted to talk to them and instead of helping, they argued and refused to do anything. Since when are nachos chicken quesadillas? Since when is a meat Stromboli a cheese calzone? Since when is a hot sub supposed to be a cold one? They refused to do a thing. We have to contact the bank now. Terrible customer service.

Got 2 pies a large cheese and a garlic pie. The pizza was excellent! A little more expensive then the other pizza places around the city but well worth the money, definitely will go back ?.

They screwed up my order the last 4 times and all my orders were over 100 $and a guy had to come back 3 times but they still owe me 50 2ing and then denied it last time so you are t getting my money again and hope to pursway ppl to little

I work here and eat here. Bazzanos pizza, in my opinion, is the best in Plattsburgh. And, from how busy we still are after all these years, I would say I am not the only one that feels that way!!Vegetarian options: We have vegetarian options and some vegan options as well. Cauliflower crust pizza and gluten free pizza is pretty popular .Dietary restrictions: Bazzanos will tweak any dish that needs it to fit your needs. They are very accommodating.
The food was excellent. I had the Chicken Parm dinner with a salad and the cheesecake for dessert. They did forget to give me the meat sauce I paid an upgrade fee for, but I got it refunded through Uber Eats so no problems there.Unfortunately, they failed to add utensils and napkins to my order which I explicitly asked for in both through a checkbox option and a note in the online order service. Usually I wouldn't care, but I am not a local and missed my flight home; there are no utensils etc available in the airport and I don't have a car to go get some myself. So I had to eat my pasta using makeshift chopsticks from coffee stirrers (and my hands) in the most hidden corner I could find so people didn't think I was totally insane. Major bummer.

The food is abundant, but of mediocre quality. On the pasta dish, The vegetables were all obviously out of the can , nothing fresh from the garden.(in August!) Garlic overload on the garlic roll. The salad was mostly romaine with 2 rings of onions, 1 slice of cuke and 1 slice of a big tomato. But the size of the portion is overly generous. I would rather see less food and more quality...The single waitress was fast, efficient, but a bit to personal...the dining room is simply a big sitting room.. no atmosphere ...
