This place is not for handicapped folks. The bathroom is down these steep stairs in basement. Toilet doesn't work well and if you plug it up wait staff will treat you terribly. The location and historical significance plus that amazing painting of the diner inside are the only things that are enjoyable. Food tasted like a fart.Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair accessibility for bathroom.

Landmark breakfast place in Plattsburgh, staff is always excellent and friendly. Prices are hard to beat and food quality is excellent. Vary quick service. Be warned it can get very busy and as a result very crowded, it is also cash only so come prepared!

The best Plattsburgh breakfast this town has to offer. The staff is great and the people are locals. You're going back to a time when the seats are scattered throughout the kitchen and you get really close and know everyone. Great for families and you can't beat the prices. It's a family friendly establishment and I love their daily specials. On Fridays they have great steak and eggs with home fries and on Sundays they have Eggs Benedict! It's a small town, slice of heaven Sesame Street cozy place and it just makes Plattsburgh feel more like home. Love it here!

Great service, kind people at the counter, good coffee and a wonderful omelette with potatoes.

Oct 7@12:10pmBonjour toute le mondeÇa ici un bon dîner à Plattsburgh! The beef hash is an option here and it’s just fantastic! It’s crispy on the outside and soft yet rich on the inside.Their coffee is your standard Folgers breakfast blend and the eggs are just eggs. You have the typical American Regular, wheat and rye bread options. The toast comes buttered. The sitting concept is a round table next to each other, first come first serve and it can get a little tight and into your personal space. It would not consider it a baby friendly place as you cannot park a stroller here. There is only one bathroom and it is all the way down in the basement (tall people be careful). The service is a hit or a miss depending on who waits on you.I enjoyed the breakfast quality for a diner located in Plattsburgh.

Its a cute little place. My uncle recommended it us. Atmosphere would rate higher, but for me it was, and personally i cant be around that many people for long. But i will definitely go back when in that part of new york again! But if you are the type of person that loves alot of people its for you. And for as busy as it is not a long wait at all. I think we waited to sit all of 1 minute.-----‐‐----Its a month later and I am getting ready to go get breakfast. And i have updated my atmosphere rating because like before it takes a few times for me to have that work for me. But when the foods good i will go backParking: The free parking is across the street from the entrance

Ordered takeout as I live near by. The lumberjack breakfast with hash was just sad. There was barely any hash and it looked like it was the leftovers — extremely over cooked. The atmosphere the employees present is that of those who should not have a breakfast joint. None of the employees looked like they wanted to be there. Go to hungrybear if you want a good morning with reasonable food for the price..
