Foods great, there’s a play place area with sound proud glass around it it’s very nice they really messed up one of our orders when we got DoorDash that’s about it. Still remember going here the day it first opened.
The food is typical Chick-fil-A quality food. It's good but the customer service is great. I had an issue in drive-thru and I may have been a little frustrated but the manager fixed the issue and was super friendly about it for fast food in Plattsburgh with the best customer service. This is the place other places would have just gave me a hard time
This is the nicest Chick Fil A we’ve ever been to. Traveling through on way to Montreal. We played Bingo! The nicest staff. Quick and friendly service. Whoever manages this restaurant- great job and thank you.
