This Chick-fil-A is incredibly well maintained. It is always super clean and everything is always fully stocked. The food is absolutely delicious and is ready in no time. The staff are very polite and the service is AMAZING. They have a wide variety of seating options in and outdoors. The prices are fair. Although I haven't tried everything on the menu, I would recommend any and all of it (based on my own experience and what others have told me).
Foods great, there’s a play place area with sound proud glass around it it’s very nice they really messed up one of our orders when we got DoorDash that’s about it. Still remember going here the day it first opened.
The food is typical Chick-fil-A quality food. It's good but the customer service is great. I had an issue in drive-thru and I may have been a little frustrated but the manager fixed the issue and was super friendly about it for fast food in Plattsburgh with the best customer service. This is the place other places would have just gave me a hard time
