Absolutely love Clare & Carl's! Delish! I'll be back once they open in the spring. Love their Michigan's and Sweet Potato Fries. Only got to go a couple times since returning to The North Country for good. Yum~oh!!! Very friendly car-hops, too.

If you are from this area then this is just white noise. Every spring we all wait patiently for C&C to open. We then eat as many Michigan's as we can until they close in the fall. We then regret every missed opportunity, every time we drove by without stopping. Then it starts all over again in the spring, usually around March, we start talking about how they will soon be opening again. Its the thought of the first michigan of the year that makes winter bearable. Enjoy your time off this season folks, you certainly earned it. As for a review, try it, you'll love it.

We came for the Michigan's, but enjoyed the burger more.I am a die-hard fan of Clare & Carl's, a love the Michigan's, but yesterday, the last day of their season, the sauce tasted of bitter cumin, and it ruined the whole experience. Thank god the burger saved the day.To anyone who has not tried the burgers at Clare & Carl's, you're missing out. This is a good burger.Parking: It is a large gravel covered parking lot

We stopped by here on our way home from traveling and really enjoyed it. We had the Michigan dog, yummy! And the poutine, the poutine was good, fries gravy and cheese, the only thing missing was the cheese curds but there was melted cheese. The service was great and loved the throwback in time atmosphere. I would definitely stop here again and the.price was great too!

First hot dog in the United States and we couldn't hope for a better place. Michigan hot dog delicious as well as the others (yes, we tried them all), very kind staff, historic and well-kept place. It doesn't take much to feel at home in this place, highly recommended.
