“This is a quaint spot, off the beaten path (really just around the corner from what we Montrealers consider to be Plattsburgh's "main drag") and wow ?. This was hands down the best Plattsburgh breakfast that we have ever had. And it wasn't expensive! Highly recommend!!“

“Best carrot cake ever!! I’ve had several carrot cakes from Norma’s now and they are a hit every time. Always consistently delicious. So moist and dense. Great cream cheese frosting. Triple layer cake. And the price is great too. Highly recommended!!“
