This is the worst garbage that passes for pizza. No sauce on the pizza, they have awful service, the bread for sale on the counter is moldy. Get it together!

Fabulous after McSweeney's was closed we googled them. My husband said it's worth the day trip just to get another pie!!!!!!!

If staying the night in a motel trying to choose a pizza place try Dino's. Good pie fast to go order. They do deliver. I had a hard time finding them. They're now in Pray's farmer market. It was dark rainy and google had me turn into the market.

Dinos does food service at my job. We take breaks in 2 groups due to amount of people. The first group gets everything fresh and many options.Then the pizza sits out or in a delivery bag almost an hour until the second group. Options are limited or non existent and cold. Dinos need to provide the same service to both brake schedules.

I don't ever usually right reviews, but I feel compelled to im this case.
I experienced probably one the worst meal ever.
I ordered special 2 slices of pepperoni and soda, I received crust with no sauce and sprinkles and use that term sprinkles lightly,of cheese, only grease from the pepperoni on the slices.
When I asked the server, " you couldn't do any better?"
He didn't even respond, didn't offer to redo or money back, I just left I was so disappointed, normally I wouldn't donate my money like that, but I just was too pissed to stay and argue about it.

My fiancé and I both are on gluten free diet. We stopped in Plattsburgh for one night on our very long drive moving. I was looking for gluten free food and I stopped at the market to see if I could get something from there. I saw Dino's pizza at the market and was so pleased to realize they had some gluten free items! The hostess at the counter was super nice and helpful. The baked ziti with meat sauce were delicious, the portion enormous! And the pizza was great!! Thanks for delicious meals for us, gluten intolerant people!
Ordered food through the slice app. Address was 100 percent correct. They never brought it so I checked in with the app. They said our address doesn’t exist but they went to a similar address in a different town? Very disappointing as we love this restaurant and try to patronize local restaurants and always treat the drivers well, but it feels as though we don’t matter. We finally received our food and it was all cold, they also didn’t send the marinara i requested which i was charged $1 for. It’s an hour later, just received our food and it’s all cold. No dressings for any salad either.

I will always get their food when in the mood for Pizza. It really does taste fresh and made with quality. Really bittersweet to hear "We can't make the eggplant parm because they couldn't get any from the store" instead of some places would probably defrost some quickly and take away the quality.

Thanks Google for asking me if I visited here Yes I did.First time a few weeks ago we ordered a pizza for pickup at the new location It was undercooked and the chicken was mainly bread. We were sent an email satisfaction survey a day later asking about the pizza I mentioned about it not good they're response was if you notified us of that day we would have replaced it.Decided to give it a second chance tonight at 6pm 5/10/23 went back tonight with fam and child. Went inside looked at display had old food one cheese slice and one pepperoni. We looked at the menu there was a guy behind the counter looked at his phone and then went in the back.One girl that looked like she work there smiled and walked away.We looked at the menu for a few minutes and nobody came to us or asked us what we wanted.So we put the kid back in the car seat and left.Next time I am at preys I will take some pictures and post them. This place went downhill It is not what it used to be years ago.Customer service here is subpar.

Stopped by while shopping for flowers at Prays. Saw a sign for 2 slices and a soda for $6.00. The pre-made pizza looked delicious. We had never had pizza from Dinos before so we figured we would give it a try. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful and polite. We paid 13 dollars for 4 slices and 2 sodas so that was a GREAT deal. The pizza was AMAZING. The crust was crispy and soft all at the same time. The veggies on the pizza were cooked perfectly. This will be our new family go to spot for pizza. If you haven't checked it out, I strongly suggest you do!!
