Woman named Haley working was so rude and condescending to other workers who were running around trying to get orders out the drive-thru window. Then she walked out the door in the middle of making our food and didn’t bother to let anyone else know so we just stood and waited for 10+ minutes. Other workers were very polite, felt sorry for them for having to put up with her.

I ordered a large refresher with light ice and they handed me a half empty drink and told us it was “store policy”. I have not had this experience at any of the DD that we have been too and we visit a lot! See photo. She was just plain rude about it. 6:00pm 11/30.

The employee was not wearing gloves when preparing and touching my food, was not wearing the Dunkin’ uniform either complete waste of 15$ threw it in the trash, absolutely disgusting

Total disappointment!! Everyday I go through the drive thru and get a coffee. Some days I opt to get a donut too, I usually choose a chocolate frosted of some variety. That’s because I like the chocolate on top of the donut. I mean why else would someone ask for a chocolate frosted donut , right?!? Yet This is how I have received my donut two days in a row. Can someone please take the time to put it in the bag right side up??
