Used to love this place when it first opened. The food was delicious and the restaurant was clean. Not sure what is going on at the management level, but this is no longer a quality restaurant. I stopped going in person to the restaurant after seeing the absolute filthy conditions food was prepped in. Chips all over the floor. Holding trays of food placed on top of the cutting boards and open rice containers. Freshly cooked meat placed on top of OLD meat. These are health code...
Food that I ordered was a step above Taco Bell. The Pico and guacamole were the only thing good. The chips tasted like Doritos. Bland, boring. Really disappointed. The staff cooking were wonderful.
Love El Sol!! The barbacoa and guacamole are a MUST every time!! Amazing prices- I always get a bowl (and honestly it is enough for 3 meals) def recommend if you're looking for a quick and fresh lunch or dinner option!
