Food was great! Clean, and great atmosphere. They got my order wrong (forgot my tomatoes) but we're super nice and polite when I let them know. Employees are young but, respectful and have great customer service. Very different experience than that one could have in a McDonald's or BK these days. I was pleasantly surprised to see how exceptional the customer service was considering everyone on the team appeared to be in their late teens to early 20's. It was nice to see! Great job, Plattsburgh Five Guys!

My fav restaurant when passing by Plattsburgh, NY. Best burger. UPDATE: Feb 2025, ordered 4 cheeseburgers, the patties were barely 2" across, total disappointed. Are they practicing shrink-flation too? It was soo socking to see the tiny patty inside that huge bun, i had to take pictures,

Employees are rude. When a customer asks for something as simple as putting mayo on their food and not in a cup that's what should happen. This is the second time I have been there and your employees are incompetent to put mayo on my order and not on the side.
