I just got the Steak Salad! It is delicious!!! Generous portion will feed me for the whole day!!! Steak is tender and delicious, salad fresh and crispy, dressing very flavorful! Have had the empanadas and they are very delicious as well. Very clean and pleasantly decorated environment. Served by Gloria who has a wonderful, friendly personality and a beautiful smile! Look forward to my next visit!!! Thank you!

Great food and awesome service. The chicken tacos were delicious.
Friendly and polite service. Relaxed and chill. Delicious food! The shrimp tacos were on point, very refreshing, and it was pretty fast service.
Much needed authentic South American eats in Plattsburgh. Great food and portions, super fair prices. Well worth the visit for the food and to support a really great local business! 10/10
Absolutely delicious! Owner is so sweet and friendly! Food was done so quickly and was fresh, made to order and hot! Beyond wonderful!
Tasty, healthy food!
I came to Plattsburgh on a temporary work assignment and this place can have all my money fr!! Best authentic food I’ve tried out here. It’s also a large portion that can last you two days for only a $20. This place is def top 10 best takeout spots I’ve ever tried!
Got the nachos there today on my lunch break. Made quick, priced well, and SO good. My new go-to nacho spot now

The food was very good and arrived quickly. The service was friendly. The seating was more than adequate though the music was a little strange. The only complaint that we had was that they were out of plantains.
Loved the food, it's like getting a home-cooked meal. One of the owners was doing it all the day we went and she's the sweetest. Everything was great, the Lomo, the chicken, the plantains, the chicha (purple corn drink - try it, you won't be disappointed). Will be going again!
Vegetarian options: A delicious vegan salad option!
Kid-friendliness: They have a side of fries, nachos and also so many juice options!

The only reason this isn't a 5 star is because my chicken was slightly overcooked. Well, that plus the price. Don't get me wrong, the food is good, even the little side salad was good with what tasted like homemade dressing (Italian?). But a handful of greens and some rice and beans do not cost that much, nor is this hard to make. Think about it.. out of what you get with the Pollo la Plancha the only thing that requires on the spot cooking is the chicken. The rice is batch cooked, the beans are batch cooked, the greens come out of a container probably.
I can't speak for any other meal right now, but the Pollo la Plancha should be $10-12 at most, not $17. If it was that price I'd order it every day.
The flavor is decent and portion size is good.
