Hong Kong Jade Buffet

This is the first Chinese buffet I have been to where I’ve left food on my plate. Staff is ALWAYS in your way when you’re getting food and the food was not cooked right and/or cold. The worst part for me was how multiple different servers kept walking up with the check and asking if we were done. When we finally were done, I put exact change in the tray and originally planned on leaving a tip on the table, but she dumped out my $26.35 and pointed at the tip suggestion section and said “did you know?” Or something like that and I said “uhhh yeah” and she just stood there. So I was like “honestly that’s rude, tips are not a requirement. Now we aren’t leaving one” like the service alone wasn’t even good, but that left a sour taste.

Good. Always a very wide selection. Lots of different options, including the new hibachi menu. Service is always kind, food is turned over often. It's extremely affordable, good luck getting through 2 full plates, though.

The only thing I would change is that the hosts tend to crowd people together in sections, which I'm not a fan of. There is takeout, however, I wish they would be a bit more mindful of those who might want to sit away from others.

Food was disgusting. Meat was all dried up or flavorless. The S & S sauce was so sweet I couldn't even eat it. The waiter had a nasty attitude towards us ; he only came to the table when it was convenient for him, demanded us to give him a tip etc. None of the food was fresh, most of the items available had little to none left in the container.

If you like to eat salty, fatty, high carbohydrates food, this is for you. Healthy food need not apply.

Ordered takeout from Hong Kong Jade Buffet. It was nice to see several tofu and vegetarian dishes. The sesame tofu was decent but overly sweet. The veggies for the chow mien were quite good and very savoury. Food was ok, however when factoring in the large portion size and cheap prices I’d say it’s worth it over all.

Service was friendly, I was in and out for a pick up order so I only interacted with the young lady at the register, she was pleasant to deal with.

The ambiance is cool, very quintessential American Chinese restaurant.

Best part was crushed ice. My kid made a root beer float & Played with a crawfish for entertainment- food was terrible.
Should have know by the parking lot- and amount of people in there.
Hands down this was the worse Chinese I’ve/we have had. 2 teens 2 adults.
Didn’t think you can mess up chicken!

I've only used the takeout option which I pick up. Reliable and quick. Large portions, we try something different each order. No complaints here

Always so good the honey garlic ribs are amazing n pork fried rice
