Jenn's Smokin Hot BBQ

I tried the brisket/rib combo with the Mac and cheese and bbq beans. Food was very generic, Mac and cheese had the same consistency of that which is served at all you can eat buffets. Bbq beans were from a can. Brisket was dry, I love the smoke flavor but very dry. Same with ribs they looked like they were smoked this morning and served to me at 330 this afternoon. Great taste but very dark and dry.

We hired Jenn to cater our rehearsal dinner and she was an absolute joy to work with! From the very beginning, she was open and transparent about her pricing — everything was clearly outlined per person, with no hidden fees or surprises. It made planning so much easier and stress-free. She went above and beyond to accommodate my celiac disease, preparing everything completely gluten free. She even placed croutons at the end of the buffet to avoid any risk of cross contamination and provided gluten free dinner rolls — such a thoughtful touch! Jenn arrived on time, set up the buffet beautifully, and was so friendly and engaging with our guests. She provided dinner for about 25–30 people, and everyone was raving about how delicious it was. Her per-person pricing and delivery fee were very reasonable (especially considering she delivered from Plattsburgh, NY to Fairfax, VT). She also brought all the plates, utensils, and three incredible BBQ sauces. Everything was delicious — highly, highly recommend Jenn’s Smokin Hot BBQ for any party, event, or wedding!

The Plattsburgh location had so much potential. But they had minimal staff, the portions were very small, and they charged an arm and a leg. Just found out that the Plattsburgh location went out of business. So much potential. SMH.

First time ordering from this place and let me just say, there will be more! As someone originally from Kentucky, the environment reminds me heavily of home.

The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is priced fairly with good portions. Me and my roomie ordered the 1 meat plate, it came with two sides and it all came out to less than $50 (would be less of we didn't grab two drinks each lol)

Food was ready quick and tasted great! Defo a spot I'd visit again! The only thing I'd improve is maybe a sign so folks know about the restaurant. (Same goes for the healthy spot next door lol)

The pulled pork was cold and the Mac & Cheese was also cold the only thing that was not cold was the fries. Very disappointed I loved going there to eat.

Food was great, price was good, portions were awesome. Staff was wonderful. We will be back!
PS: letting us put our own sauce on is such a good idea.

Duh this place is a no brainer, go here for good food ;)

Decided to order for the first time tonight and am not disappointed at all. The meats are tender, not dry and the sauce is delicious. The customer service is outstanding and will definitely be returning

Some of the best brisket I have ever had!

I ordered their Mozzy Burger with a side of Mac & Cheese. The burger had almost no flavor outside of the marinara on it and the cheap smoky flavoring on the beef patty. The beef patty itself was also really unappealing, looking like a hockey puck. For the kind of crazy burgers they seem to want to do, I think they should be going for more of a smash burger, but that’s just me. The Mac & Cheese was just awful, no flavor and had a very cheap cheese aftertaste. I’ve gone here a couple times in the past and enjoyed it then, so it’s really disappointing that the quality seems to be on the decline.
