We had the chef cook in front of us. The shrimp tempura appetizer was the best I have had in a while. The batter was extremely crisp and crunchy. It's best to reserve a place at the hot plate in advance. We only got a place by luck. You have to keep in mind that in the restaurant you are expected to take something from the hot plate. Actually only one of three of us wanted something from the record but then there had to be at least two of us. The food was okay, but actually it was just the show that made up the price.
