We wanted takeout and poutine is my favorite dish and I’ve had it everywhere around here up until now when I heard about this wonderful establishment. I got a Large poutine and didn’t regret not one bite. 11/10 deliciousness. From gravy to fries!!!!! Will be back again for sure!??

Service was fast and friendly. Restaurant is clean but we did have to clean crumbs off the chair and something sticky off the table. Food was rather pricey considering we threw at least half away. Gravy and curds are good but the fries are frozen and we're overcooked, did not taste good. Sandwich was a bit greasy too.

Do not sleep on this! Wonderful poutine!! The chazy location is also amazing!
We could smell the food quality from the street and decided to stop and try it ! The poutine is Excellent ( I loved the FRESH curb cheese and good quality gravy !!! The Club Sandwich is made with Real chicken ! I was great. Portions are big too !! Very nice people too ( We Met with Denis and his 11 years old son )

We've been to some awesome places in Montreal for poutine.... This is the BEST and most authentic poutine outside of Canada. The owner is awesome and loves what he does. My husband has been probably 6 times in the past 2 weeks! Fantastic.

Preordered two basic poutines 30 mins in advance and was told to show up in 30 mins when food is ready. When I arrived restaurant was full to the gills with people waiting for preorders, and no food coming out of the back. I stood in only spot left to stand to the right of the counter and it smelled very badly like bathroom. Some customers complained they had been waiting for upwards of one hour for their order. Considering we’re talking about melted cheese on french fries with gravy, seems ridiculous to me. Team was obviously understaffed, and I felt for them because they don’t make their schedules. That being said, kid running cash register was less than polite and very short with everyone I saw them deal with. No “sorry for the wait” or even a thank you to anyone. Very tense environment.
I ended up waiting about 20 extra minutes before I finally got my food, which was mediocre at best. Not worth the money I spent or the time I waited at all.

Hands down Best Poutine in Plattsburgh! I ordered the Montreal Smoked Meat Poutine and it was so delish! It was as great as any I've had in Quebec. The Squeaky Fresh Cheese Curds are the clincher for me.
I also ordered the Mild Wings. They were so Big and Plump and the Flavor and Spice of the Sauce was amazing.
I can't wait to try the rest of the offerings on the menu.
