We went twice. Very delicious chicken Marsala! The chef was very nice both times but we haven’t met her sister yet. Hoping to next time we go. Good homemade manicotti shells and dish. The salad dressing was so tasty, too. Veggies were fresh. No room for dessert the first time so we knew better the next time and took it home with us to eat after our stomachs made the room!! Very yummy… fresh cream??If the Italian music isn’t on, just request it. Not sure if they got their license to sell wine and beer yet. Might be able to bring in your own?? Call first to check, though. Don’t want anyone closing down this gem. They were hoping to open up the bigger dining room but that was back a few months ago so I don’t know if they did yet.Enjoy! ?We did!!

Stopped by here after a trip from canada heading back to NJ and it did not disappoint. Staff was so sweet and accommodating. Food was homemade and tasted amazing. Highlyrecommend to anyone near the area or traveling by.

Best eggplant parm I've ever had. Only complaint is angel hair pasta was way over cooked. But the eggplant made up for it! Will definitely go again for lasagna

The Yelp reviews for Nonna Lisa's Kitchen were a main factor in deciding to come here for dinner (we live in MI and were on vacation). I was excited to try this place with the reviews but was a little apprehensive when we pulled up - small strip mall that has seen better days but we were hungry and figured we would give it a shot. The interior is cute -- but small. Not many tables but thankfully we were on the early side for dinner so only one other table was occupied when we arrived.We quickly decided what we wanted to eat and placed our order. Our salads came out fast and they were very delicious. I am a sucker for black olives so was thrilled to see them on the salad.I noticed that the other table (a couple) were still waiting for their meal and it showed up a short time later. A few more tables were seated and we were still waiting for our meal. It became evident that there was one server and one cook. When our meal showed up, we were not disappointed. The sauce on my chicken parm was savory with just a hint of sweetness. And it had chunks of tomatoes in it - huge plus for this tomato loving gal! I don't know where they got this chicken breast but it was huge! It was very well seasoned and probably one of the best chicken parms I've ever had in my life!For dessert, my hubby decided to get the cannoli dip. I'm bummed that I cannot eat dairy cuz that dessert was massive! My husband barely put a dent in it and took the rest home for a snack later on that evening.We would definitely come back again if we are in the area!
